1500+ Prisoners Doing The Thriller Dance

Remember that Wedding Thriller Dance video I posted back in January? Well, here’s another one featuring over 1,500 Filipino prisoners. That’s right, every dancer is an inmate of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Cebu, Philippines. I wonder if making them do the dance was a punishment or a reward?

I saw this on the news yesterday night and I couldn’t believe it. All these bad people working together? Wth?

Reply to this commentYes they are real inmates! I’m from the Philippines, the prison director asked them to do it as part of their daily exercise, it just shows that though they are inmates, they are still humans that can be disciplined.

They are all not bad. Some are jailed even if they are innocent. If you have the money, it’s hard to put you in jail. Cebu, Phils.
