2008 CES Kickoff Party

Here are some pics from our 2008 CES Kickoff Party. Like last year, I did the party with Stephen Fung and Bob Buskirk. The party was sponsored by NZXT and Tegan Technology and was held at the Absolut Suite in Caesar’s Palace. The two floor suite was ideally suited to hosting a party – it features its own dance floor and cost $5,000 per night during CES.
The party started at 9PM and we were packed. I received over 200 confirmed RSVP and I would say most of them showed up. The party really kicked into high gear when I brought out the giant Absolut bottles. Enjoy the photos. Look for more CES coverage later.

What big jugs you have
I didn’t get there until around 10:30 or so and the party had slowed down a little by then. But overall, still a great party! I’ll be posting my pics here soon…
Let me say that those are the best Giant Alcoholic Bottles Bar-None. John, it’s good you make time to kick back and have a good time.

The part slowed down at 10:30? Doesn’t sound much like a party and more like a bunch of marketing managers pretending to be 20 again.
I see the Flick IM stickers. I can’t wait to sit in front of my computer, watch videos in a small screen, and discuss it with friends… sign be up… //sarcasm.
That’s rather a lot of absolut vodka. As a North American, I doubt you drank even 1% of it before falling over asleep.

Wow! Looks like everyone had a blast. I will certainly try to find some big Abolut Bottles for my next event. Looks like they were the life of the party (along with John Chow, of course).
