The 2010 Affiliate Summit East kicked off with the Affiliate Meet Market. The meet market is the place where affiliate marketers can talk face to face with the affiliate managers. It’s also the place where you can pick up tons of free stuff. In fact, it’s more of a challenge to see how little free stuff you can get because every table is trying to give you stuff.
According to the ASE founders, the 2010 Affiliate Summit East is the biggest one to date. Unlike a lot of the economy, affiliate marketing is one of the few industries that has continued to experience rapid growth during the recession. The meet market was packed with people and it was quite hard to just move around.
Tonight, there are at least four parties happening. I haven’t decided on which ones I’ll be attending yet. Covering the Summit is a tough job but it’s something I’m willing to do for you guys. And you don’t even have to thank me for it! 🙂
