I want the signed version, I have the non-signed version which I’d be glad to give away if I can get the signed one from John.
I went and bought mine at B&N, because I wanted to put it into action immediately.
That’s where I got mine. However once you read the book, you’ll realize that you can’t exactly implement everything he says, and the whole outsourcing is a little more difficult because of price increases. While it is still a good read, don’t hold your breathe on getting great results out of it.
So in other words Steve, you are saying that the book is one of those you can read during the trip in train (unless there is a good looking woman next to you to flirt with) and learn just a little bit but not to expect much?

A quick look in firebug shows that your #navigation div is what’s making the bottom scrollbar show up. For some reason it’s not taking the 998px width. It should be pretty easy to fix.
