Awesome!
Wish I could go to promote my make money online site. I need a new domain cause it really doesn’t suit my niche… At all.
I would like to come but to bad it was far from my home
Sounds interesting, but whats the catch?
It’s free to get in but you have to pay to get out.
Actually, there is no catch. It’s a 100% free event to help users of Wordpress.
100% FREE?
Ok, cool! When can you book my flight and hotel. I’ll probably need a car rental too
~Terry
Is this the first camp on his?
No, this is the second Camp in BC. However, Wordpress Camps are held all over the world.
Any chance we see some new tricks and tweeks on JohnChow.com when you get back?
I’m signed up and looking forward to the event. Great opportunity to learn from experienced bloggers and network with others at the same skill level as I am.
Having heard some of your traffic tips at DCP, I’m tempted to go but with gas prices the way it is, maybe not. Then again, I could shoot another version of this -

Please please please please inform if there is one in Toronto. I’m in highschool, so I can’t really leave the city yet.
You the man, John.
OMG. I just found one some info about WordPress WordCamp Toronto. Its on October 4th, $25 CAD tickets. So yeah, its unfair that its not free, but it won’t stop me
I wonder if there are any high profile bloggers in orange county. I’d like to go.
I`d love to be there, but I`m some thousands of miles away, speaking of help, can anyone help me design my theme? Looking for some experts out there, willing to pay with PayPal , anyone interested can contact me at broalexinfo@gmail.com, I would appreciate to see some portfolios.
Thanks
I think they had one in NY, but I was too busy to go.
Nice to see you again john.useful article.
I wish I could attend this. Does something like this happen in Australia?
There was one back in Nov 07. Darren Rowse from ProBlogger was one of the presenters. I’m not sure if anymore are planned for the future though.
Sorry! I meant to mention this was in Melbourne. Here is the link: http://melbourne.wordcamp.org/
Wordpress s no doubt number one but a bit complicated to use.
How can wordpress be hard to use? There are tons others that are so much more complicated to setup and install, let alone use!
WP is worth learning. You will not need another platform ever !
I think it’s pretty easy. All you have to do is read the Codex & you’re set for life.
Wordpress is the least complicated to use
I agree. If anything, Typo has a huge learning curve.
This should be a great networking event…
See you guys there!
Can’t beat the wordpress seo either
