A Visit To The Shoeplex
During my last day at the Top Affiliate Challenge, I had a chance to take a ride in Shoemoney’s Hummer and visit his new office. A lot readers on Shoe’s blog has been asking for photos or videos of the new Shoeplex and I’m happy to say I am the first to get it.
The Shoemoney office reminded me a lot of my old office. I used to operated out of a commercial space. However, after my landlord kicked me out because he thought I was a drug dealer, I decided to set my new office back home and has never looked back. Shoe on the other hand, is trying his luck at looking like a “normal” business by moving to a commercial location.
Since the office is only a few blocks from Shoe’s house, we also stop by the Shoemoney home to check out the famous Shoemoney pool. Enjoy!

Reply to this commentNot entirely sure why you’re rolling your eyes. There’s nothing wrong with having a pool like that.
Reply to this commentNo but his pool is nice.
Reply to this commentThe pool is indeed awesome. I don’t think I’d want to have an office outside of my home though.
Reply to this commentThats a great video. Nice office and amazing pool!
Reply to this commenthow big is his office?
Reply to this commentThe office looks like a dungeon, where’s the artwork on the walls?
Reply to this commentShoe probably doesn’t spend much time at that office anyways. I wouldn’t either if I could manage my site from the deck by my pool.
Reply to this commentMaybe it would be too distracting? It might be easier to work within a place that looks like this.
Reply to this commentBah put the wrong info for my first comment, oh well.
Reply to this commentbtw John I showed you some love on my blog

Reply to this commentGreat video John. I definitely liked the little bit we got to see of Jeremy’s back yard. Looks like he has a nice place.
Reply to this commentNice office! I don’t know why you would need a commercial space though other than the fact that he’s just making too much money
Reply to this commentI’ve been working from my own office for over a year now and love it. It’s great to be able to seperate home time from work time, I guess it’s not so important if you’ve got a huge house but that’s not an option for me.
John, don’t you get distracted at home? The whole reason I went the way of an office was because after a year of working at home I was struggling to concentrate on doing the work?
Reply to this commentIs it the distraction from your family or more from the fact that you are used to relaxing at home?
Reply to this commentI know of some other bloggers that have their own offices. I can see why they’d want it like this.

Reply to this commentThe office is a bit messy needs a bit of redecoration. The pool is great thou. That is exactly what some hundred thousands $ could buy.
Reply to this commentI agree with you on the office being kind of messy,i hated the sight of all those cables hanging around everywhere please get a cable tray to arrange the cables or get an electrician to fix it.Shoemoney need to put up some artworks on his office walls, you can contact me for that.I love the swimming pool especially with the heat we are experiencing in NY now it would be a welcome relief to dip oneself in a swimming pool.I like the spacious compound too.
Reply to this commentI don’t like it.. the only thing I like from this video is that dog

Reply to this commentHe’s got a great little setup doesn’t he.
Reply to this commentJeremy definitely needs some plants in his office. Having the back office is a good idea, I have to remember that when I get my own.
Thanks for the tour!
Reply to this commentYeah if he goes by quiet enough he can see them before they know it. haha
Reply to this commentWeird isnt it?
You moved home because your landlord thought you were dealing drugs, and shoemoney moved out because his neighbors thought he was dealing drugs?
Thats crazy.
Reply to this commentAt least neither one of them ended up on Cops, though I’m sure that would have resulted in some interesting blog posts!
Reply to this commentAnd it definitely would’ve been more promotion. I can just imagine the amount of hits the sites would get.
Reply to this commentShoe has a sweet setup. One day I hope to have something similar. Hell, I would even be happy with a cubicle right now.
Reply to this commentIt’s a nice office, but it definitely needs some decorating and painting! The atmosphere of your office can definitely increase work efficiency.
Reply to this commentIt looked like an episode of Cribs when Jeremy opened the refrigerator! Great video!

Reply to this commentWoow…. great pool and so many macs
Reply to this commentWhy not use windows…I prefer windows over a mac. But macs probably work fine for what they do.
Reply to this commentShoe must have some pretty amazing interns to give them the biggest office…
Reply to this commentJust to be original: The pool is insane!
Reply to this commentReally pretty isnt it? My grandparents have a pool and well its big but not that big and no waterfalls or cool logos.
Reply to this commentIt looks very professional & clean. I especially like Shoe’s office & the pool.
And I didn’t know you got kicked out because your landlord thought you were a drug dealer! WTF
Reply to this commentLooks great,
Reply to this commentCan’t wait till I can afford to get my own office (or my own home office) and I don’t have to work on my crappy home desktop anymore.
I really like the office. Its awesome.
Reply to this commentLMAO John, I cant put up my video now I was taking…..it is almost the same as your and people will think I just copied your video. Oh well you beet me to it. Man was it hot that day, that pool looked so good.
Reply to this commentWell it does need some stuff on the walls and I guess he will do that later on. Not bad….Nice video. I love his pool.
Reply to this commentCool office. I’m actually happy I don’t have one and just work from home. I was looking at some recently to help with my productivity but decided against it. I’m going to stick with myself as my only employee and outsource. If I need employees I will just let them telecommute. It’s not like anyone from the outside needs to contact me or I have to impress anyone. I will keep the cool office in my house.
Reply to this commentVery plain. He definitely needs that designer
Reply to this comment“Shoedog!” - classic lol..
Reply to this commentThat’s so cool, I like the pool
Reply to this commentI will have something like that when I grow up. That is my dream. Having my own space just to blog, network, market and other entrepreneurial stuff.
