Affiliate Summit West 2012 Show Floor

The show floor is where all the action of the Affiliate Summit West happens. With over 5,000 attendees, the 2012 Affiliate Summit is the biggest ever. The show floor was packed on the opening day. In fact, it was so packed, we decided to wait towards the end of the day before trying to go in.

You can find nearly every company that has anything to do with the affiliate marketing industry on the show floor. The exhibit hall offers a great way catch face to face with some of the affiliate networks. When it comes to building relationships, face to face networking is still where itโ€™s at and a show like the Affiliate Summit is a great place to do it.

With the iPhone video camera in hand, Syed and I went into the big hall to see what kind of trouble we can get into.

5000 attendees, that is not really much actually.

    1. John Chow says:

@fas Compared to a show like the CES, it’s very small, but 5000 is much larger than the average trade show.

Trouble is the short time you had you could spend talking to different people for networking or gleaning fresh money-making ideas.

  7. fas says:

The show floor is so occupied, I mean everyone wants to be there, naturally.

One of my highlights was having dinner with Syed, @johnchow and @shoemoney ….. and none of us had to pay. Also learned quite a bit from those guys. Some things I’d defnitely employ. Others were for a good laugh.
