I signed up and was approved right away, but I don’t really want to fill out the form and have to mail it to them, I’ve never even been to the USA and have nothing to do with US taxes. Anyway, I guess I’ll just get it over with.

Wow! They are a big company. A welcome package like that distributed to every member must cost a lot of money. It’s a big investment.
