The final keynote at BlogWorld Expo is the New Media Live! show. It gets its name because it’s not really a keynote. The presentation featured an opening monolog that was pretty funny because the speaker was making fun of some of the big-name bloggers at the show (including a zinger on me). Then the show’s co-founders came out to thank the sponsors and introduce the New Media Live! panel.
I had planned to record the entire session but ended up with the first 35 minutes only. It was a choice of staying for the entire thing or heading out for dinner. We chose dinner. Anyway, enjoy the first half of the show. I’ll see if I can someone who recorded the second half.

One of the most common complaint (or excuse) I hear from potential new bloggers is they don’t know how to install WordPress. Terms like FTP and CPanel are like a foreign language and setting up a database might as well be setting up the space shuttle for a launch. Because of the technology barrier, many would-be bloggers never start their blogs...
