To celebrate the Chinese New Year, we decided to take a break from the normal Dot Com Pho and do a Dot Com Dim Sum. We went to the Sea Harbour Restaurant on Number 3 Road in Richmond because it was one of the few dim sum restaurants in the city that accepted reservations. Sea Harbour, like most dim sum restaurants, is extremely busy on a Saturday afternoon. There was a long line up and most of the crew couldn’t find a space in the parking lot and had to park across the street at the Yaohan Centre.
We limited attendance to ten people because that’s the maximum a big dim sum table can hold. You can do more than ten but it’s a pretty tight squeeze. Dot Com Dim Sum was attended by myself and Sarah, Stephen Fung, Buzz Bishop, Ed Lau, Gary Ng, Greg Morgan, Moneca, Alex and Wolfgang. Dot Com Pho returns next week.
