Dot Com Lunch at Yoshiharu Ramen

On this episode of the Dot Com Life Vlog, I check out Yoshiharu Ramen. This is an noodle shop that opened in January, and serves an ultra-creamy Tonkotsu pork-bone broth that is boiled for 10 hours. My favorite ramen dish is the Tonkotsu Black, which gets its color and intense flavor from a heavy dripping of black garlic oil. The Chashu is available in thin or fat style.
