Dot Com Lunch – Awesome Customer Service Edition

I have returned from my Tesla road trip just in time for the weekly Dot Com Lunch, and I have an amazing customer service story to share.

The zipper on my six month old Peak Design messenger bag broke. I emailed Peak Design asking if they can fix it, and instead of having me send the bag in, they just sent me a brand new bag. Now, that’s what I call customer service!

Our meetup is starting a book of the month club. The goal is to read one book per month as a group, and apply the lessons learned towards our businesses. We will be meeting once a week or so, and we will have an online discussion as well to help us stay on top of the book and discuss any topics that come up in between meetings.
