Dot Com Lunch – Inequality For All Edition

While my friends in Vancouver were freezing their butts off and get soaked by the rain, I was enjoying the 81F weather in sunny Southern California. You got to love living the Dot Com Lifestyle. I love it so much that I have a meetup on the very subject. If you want want to live the Dot Com Lifestyle, then you should join us.

One of the events hosted by the Dot Com Lifestyle meetup is the Dot Com Lunch. We meet on the patio of Pho Ba Co every Saturday for three hours (or more) of sharing and networking. It’s a lot of fun. Great weather, great food, great people, and great networking. It’s free too! Check out our meetup group to the find the time and place of the next one.

On this episode of the Dot Com Lunch, we discussed the growing problem of income inequality, and show how the numbers really doesn’t mean anything. After all, we live in America, where everyone is created equal. Of course, some of us are more equal than others. :P

I’m on benefits and find it difficult to find a job because of my Crohns Disease. Its hard work being ill. I have to find something I can do from home, full time, but it’s hard work finding work. I put a lot of pressure on myself the last few years looking for something suitable from home. I’ve hit a brick wall. so to speak. The last few days I have come to realize this pressure was making me more ill, withdrawn and a little sad, but ultimately my health comes first. Great fortune to you all!

  4. Hello John,

Only someone who is either incredibly naïve or abysmally stupid wouldn’t be thrilled by the prospects and freedom the dot com lifestyle ensures. I recently penned down three things one should never miss so far as the dot com lifestyle is concerned…A quick look at Google will avail you this post: “Living the Internet lifestyle: 3 Things You Shouldn’t Miss”.

Of course too, men, while being created equal, have naturally found themselves over and above others. It’s a personal decision we make everyday with our lives!

    Always,

    Hi John
Im working towards the dotcom lifestyle.Im assuming you are referring to big bank accounts, freedom to fly anywhere in the world, work from anywhere in the world and wake up in your pajamas to start work anytime of the day.

I look forward to that type of lifestyle, however, at the moment I live a life of freedom to choose whatever I want (within the bounds of laws obviously), beautiful weather I enjoy in Gold Coast, Queensland, the beaches are beautiful. I can swim everyday if im inclined. However the freedom is here.

One day I will meet up with you and all those millionaires you hang out with.

My sites are on joining Matt Lloyds system in due course.

Thanks again John…I better get back to work…

    Hi John,
You make me jealous when I see all that lovely food. Wish that I was there.
We can all live the “Dot Com Lifestyle” if we put our minds to it. It wont be easy at first but with sheer determination you will get there. :-) :-)
