After taking a couple of weeks off, Dot Com Pho returns to the patio of Pho Ba Co. The next heat wave won’t fully hit the OC until Monday, so we were able to enjoy the patio instead of being forced indoors. Still it was pretty damn hot, and we had to pull tables together to form a makeshift tent.
