I decided to mix it up a bit for this week’s Dot Com Pho. Instead of going to Pho Ba Co like we do every week, I headed towards the Mazda US headquarters to check out Irvine Cars & Coffee.
There are dozens of Cars & Coffee meetups happening around the world, but Irvine is the original and still the biggest. Every Saturday, 500 to 600 cars converge onto the Mazda USA parking lot for the biggest non-organized car get together in the world. I showed at the tail end of the gathering. Most of the cars were gone, or in the process of leaving. I still saw some nice rides.
After Cars & Coffee, we headed to Costa Mesa to eat at Eat Chow. This is an awesome restaurant not just because it’s named after me, but the food is fantastic as well! Make sure you try the truffle fries and Chow Burger! You’ll think you’ve died and gone to heaven.
