It was a busy day at Dot Com Pho Vancouver. We filled out two tables and had to use the overflow seating in the isles because of the high number of people who showed up. It’s great to see old friends and meet new ones. Everyone is welcome at Dot Com Pho. Follow me on Twitter to find the time and location of the next edition.
On this episode, we look at the Apple vs. Samsung case and how Samsung lost twice – once in court and again at a Galaxy Note launch event. We also find a new use for the ScottieVest, Michael Kwan talks about his patent infringing phone, who copied/inspired whom, and the return of the Sally Cam!
This episode of Dot Com Pho was produced with mostly child labour that we didn’t pay a single cent for. OK, we bought them ice cream. Enjoy!

Because of the technology barrier, many would-be bloggers never start their blogs...

Kate Upton looks ravishing in the photo. Pretty sure she’ll take your advice.
It is a big fight between two massive brand, very tough job for decision maker.Hope best brand will win.
Apple is winning easily and their brand value is way higher too.
Apple may have won but one can say Samsung is a winner too. After they are the #2 most profitable smart phone maker and all it cost them was $1.05 billion.
Thank so much
