Dot Com Pho – Healthy And Happy Edition

After the events of the past week, we decided that this edition of Dot Com Pho would be healthier and happier than normal. In order to do that, we headed to Pho Vancouver at 4136 Main Street to meet the happiest Pho restaurateur in the world. Pho Vancouver is not your average Pho house. For one thing, the place accepts credit cards!

Making the trip to Vancouver to enjoy a nice bowl of Pho were myself and Sarah, Stephen Fung, Greg Morgan, Moneca and Ed Lau, who showed up an hour late. Anyone is welcome to join us for Dot Com Pho. Follow me on Twitter to find out the time and location of the next one.

For this edition of Dot Com Pho, we have Mr. Happy Pho, Lemon Grass Chicken, hot pepper fail, the gadget of the week, healthy water, UGM shout outs, exercise by osmosis and a whole lot more. Dot Com Pho was filmed with a Flip Mino (HD Look) and edited on the Apple MacBook Pro using iMovie 08.

Didn't see if anyone followed Moneca's healthy example with no MSG, extra vegetables, and healthy water. Did others try the water?

of course i am the sales man...urrr the superwoman for the water product. lucky for you that i am. i stand behind this product with my profession and also for my concern for the general wellbeing for my established clientale. i do not sell what i do not use myself. luckily i have been practising mlm sales for a long time so when this product came along, i said to myself...'hey, i can sell water!'

luckily for me i know the person who got me into www.ionways.com/yeswater so the snakeoil salesman aspect was nil. i think this is timely. enviromentally we could all stop using plastic bottles and drink healthy water. i sure have learnt a lot since i signed on april 2008. www.trygoodwater.com and do your own research. i am not going to twist your arm.

I'm dong well. I've changed my diet and have gone back to the gym on a daily basis. I have another blood test next week. I'm hoping the results will show improvement.

It sounds good that you're following a healthier lifestyle. This might not be such a bad thing after all. At least it wasn't serious and it's prompted you to look after your well-being more.

True! Without optimal health, no matter how much money you have, you will not be able to fully enjoy what you have. Health is number 1 for me. It's the basis for enjoying life.

Flip Mino HD is great

It's not the HD. It's the regular Mino. I just processed the video in 16:9 to give it that "HD Look" :)

Sort of disappointing that after all that processing, the HD looks about the same as the regular.

or maybe you just have a reg screen....HD can only do so much. I will say that since watching Law and Order in HD, I can't look at it in anything less. My expenditures just went up. I think that's the Flip Mino Regular because I have the Flip Mino HD here and it's a pain to import and edit (big file sizes).

That's what Ed gets for getting there late. Instead of RockStar parking in front of the place, he got a RockStar fine! LOL!
