Dot Com Pho – Return of The Regulars Edition

written by John Chow on April 24, 2010

Make Money!

The regulars (most of them anyway) returned to Dot Com Pho after going MIA last week. Even Leo Chiang, who hasn’t been to Pho in nearly a year, showed up. Ed Lau was last as usual and everything seems to be returning to normal. We also have some attendees who are becoming regulars, like Josh Rimer and Marilyn Anderson. The new comers include Kemp Edmonds, Isabella Mori and Yu-kai Chou. Anyone is welcome to join us for Dot Com Pho. Follow me on Twitter to find the time and location of the next edition.

For this week’s episode of Dot Com Pho, we have expanding headshrinker, ordering Pho by iPhone, Leo Chiang starring in Caprica Season 2, Pho menu #L8, the iPad apps of the week and a whole lot more. Enjoy and see you next week for another action packed episode!

Too bad my bid was too low for an iPad John!

Return of the regulars, what an appropriate title. Another well done episode.
Maybe in the future I’ll live in Canada just to attend Dot com Pho ;)

May be Leo was the reason of this title.

Return of the Regulars – Coming up with titles is always a fun activity. I feel that a great sense of humor is a pre-requisite to doing this effectively in the long term ;-)

We all know about your sense of humor, John :-)

Surprise to see that you do not have even your own domain.

You are using blogspot.

I dunno…what to make of the domain linking to a twitter account…either a great way to try and get followers or a little spammy…or she is really just starting

Just starting and being over-eager, give her the benefit of doubt ;-) SY

Yeah man, had a similar thought like d3so – feels like it’d be quite cool to join the Pho as it’s open invitation to anyone and everyone who wants to join. Still think it’s a cool thing to do. =)

Yeah lol, I’m kinda envious of ppl who live in Vancouver haha. Maybe I should start a branch of dot com pho here in california ;)

I picked up on the phrase: recommendation engines

Anyone know what this is about?

Nice episode John. I guess you have to start somewhere. I would like to join the pho if it were possible.

It’s refreshing to see your gathering weekly, and the intro of Ipad Apps! Keep it up, love it!

BTW, do you jailbreak your ipad?

ZK @ Web Marketing Blog May 23, 2010 at 2:34 am

After this Leo never came in Pho.

May be we can see him again in near future pho show.
