Driving with John Chow – Episode 6 WordPress for Beginners

On this episode of Driving with John Chow, I have Syed from WPBeginner.com to talk about WordPress, WordCamp, Affiliate Summit, and building lists.

Syed is in town because he’s presenting at WordCamp Orange County. He runs one of the biggest beginner’s WordPress sites in the world, and his List25 site has gone from zero to 200,000 YouTube subscribers in just 1.5 year.

Syed is 22 years old and his company employs 11 people. Yes, Syed is pretty awesome. Watch the video to find out how awesome he is.

I’m totally agreed how great wordpress it is. With WP, it revolutionize how internet user or marketer do business and establish presence at penny cost.

Thanks guys for sharing this. It’s inspiring to know that how possible to grow your list in shortest period. What Syed has done with his list building in record time, it could take years for some IM guru grow his email list as big as Syed.

These days, informative wordpress post tend to be least popular compared to informative, casual and entertaining blog post. The key here is to engage your audience. Similarly, that’s what we could see in John Chow blog content. Love you man JC. Great blogging tip for you all to apply.
