Driving with John Chow – Episode 7 Blogging Secrets

On this Episode of Driving with John Chow, I drove out to the ROC (Real Office Center) for Free lunch Friday. Along the way, I unveiled Blogging Secrets. This a new book that I co-authored with Peng Joon. I recommend you pick up a copy. It’s available right now at Amazon.com.

Whenever I release a new book, I’m flooded with questions on how it’s done. I wrote a blog post on how to publish a book back in February as part of my “how to be the go-to expert” series. On this drive, I go deeper into the methods I use to actually write the book.

Writing a book is something I recommend all bloggers do. There’s no better way to elevate your brand, and stand out from all the other bloggers, than by becoming a published author. Enjoy the video and give me your feedback. Look for episode 8 soon.

    Hi everyone,

that is true I must admit. If you will write a book you will become an expert.
And we don’t have to do it by oursefl we can outsource it.

I myself just worte a short pdf book but I’m selling it on kindle but if I want to become more successful I need real book and I think I will go for amazon as you’ve sugested John.

Thank you and I wish you all luck.

    See you on top,

Thanks for sharing John, writing our own book is something all budding Entrepreneurs should aspire to achieve. The fact that much of it can be outsourced means there’s no excuse why we can’t do it.

I’m looking forward to reading ‘Blogging Secrets’ very soon in the Kindle edition.

Great stuff, I also agree with the above comment. Writing a book does make you an expert, I’m also looking forward to writing a book for kindle I usually give them away for free.

A book is the best business card… I learned that from the blogging with John Chow course. See you next time on driving with Jonh Chow 😉

Great post john. Being an author with a physical book is one of the best ways to establish authority in any field. People instantly see as an expert if they see your name in a book.

    Hi John,

It is a privilege to view this remarkable episode of Driving with John Chow. The video is nice. However, the most important reminders of this post is that bloggers should begin to reassess the need to author books. Yes, I agree with that, and I have seen quite a lot of blogs gain more followerships as the author launches new books.

  11. I’m glad that Jonh’s written another book as it will be well worth a read. Also, I’ve been following Peng Joon recently and have been working with a blogger who has done some writing for him. I’m in great company!

Agreed that writing a book will elevate your brand. When I think about the bloggers whose names I remember; they’ve all written at least one book!
