    One of the things that I struggled with when I first started my blog is tracking what was actually working. I figured if I just kept publishing new content I was fine.

    It wasn’t until my blog was about 4 months old that I really started tracking things. I think this is extremely important.

    If you’re not tracking your blog growth, you’ll never know what’s working. Right now I am just checking my Google Analytics and my email subscribers. I don’t use Optin Monster, but I have worked with it.

    It is a great plugin, but I prefer to use things that don’t have subscriptions. I chose to go with Thrive Leads for my email list building plugin.

    Although, I may have to check out Mailshake as I am working on improving my outreach. Anything that makes my life easier is always worth a second look.

    Everybody wants to increase the E-mail list on their blogs, as it keeps the customers keep seeing us.

    Thanks for this great article. Optinbox is really a great tool to capture emails. I also agree that everyone should have to collect emails from their first day of blogging. Email lists are so helpful to promoting affiliate products and get some good leads and conversions. Great Post!

    Regardless of what email marketing system you use just use SOMETHING and stop spending so much time deciding. Everything will always have pros and cons so just use whats affordable and gets the main meat of the job done til you can afford better BUT don’t quibble over the particular brand. I don’t use the particular brands mentioned in this post but do use similar tools that gets the job done.

    ~Focus on the pros not the cons and only do what works 🙂
