That's an old video (for my stumbling standard at least :-) )
The thing is that it's a fake. It's still impressing, but the girl was skinny at the beginning then he "fattened" her to create this video.
Still, impressive skills.
No way. You saw him draw in the fake hair and then applying additional layers to even out skin tone.
You don't have to have everything 100% fake to make a fake.
The body was already thin in the beginning, but then he could do other trick to impress too.
Remember when magicians move around with beautiful women to distract people ? :-)
