With so much competition out there, we can easily be swept away if we waste our time on inefficient tasks at our given skill level. :shock: We must focus on our strengths and work with others via JV's or outsourcing to maximize our efforts. Once we know where we want to focus, then we can give a dollar amount to our activities to figure out the opportunity cost.
