Going All In with ALL IN Energy Drinks

During my time at the Affiliate Summit West, I met the founder of ALL IN Energy Drink. The drinks are designed for professional poker players but anyone needing a boost can drink it. ALL IN was nice enough to send me three cases of their beverages to try out. The three drinks ALL IN offers are Citrus, Grape and Root Beer.
They all taste really good. My favorite is the Root Beer because it tasted like a real root beer and not an energy drink. The other two drinks tasted good with the Citrus tasting most like what you would expect an energy drink to taste like.

I have big hand! All In!
Reply to this commentThey should make a protein version with similar ingredients for us workout buffs.
Reply to this commentTrue. How much sugar do these drinks have?
Reply to this commenti don’t know but i know they have caffiene and taurine in large quantity
Reply to this commentLike Syed Says. And how will anyone here know sugar content
Reply to this commentI have 4 Aces, me too, I am ALL IN!
Reply to this commentThat’s a cool looking energy drink. I’m not much of an energy drink type person though.
Reply to this commentWell, did it give you any extra energy?
Reply to this commentI don’t feel sleepy right now so I guess it did!
Reply to this commentI like my Red Bulls (the sugar free ones). I drink one of those before I go running, and I am a machine for all 4 miles.
Reply to this commentTry coce, it makes miracles….just kidding. I am not a big fan of energy drinks either, but I like their unusual taste so once in a while i get to drink some.
Reply to this commentOr was it an illusion. Like “I am drinking energy drink, so it should stop me from sleeping” Sometimes strong thoughts can make you not sleep..haha J/K :p
Reply to this commenta better question would be did you crash after the effect of the drink was over ??
Reply to this commentLike poker players really need an energy boost
I don’t know if Mike Matusow or Phil Hellmuth need much of a boost. They just need to get hit with a bad beat and their energy will be boiling over.
The drink has 3500% of your daily Vitamin B12

Reply to this commentI am an energy drink connoisseur - I love trying new drinks. I’ll have to check around locally to see if these are available. Do you know if they are distributed nationally or only available online for purchase?
Reply to this commentI was wondering the same thing… I’ve never seen these around and nobody else I know has seen these… They may be brand new…
Reply to this commentI love energy drinks never even heard of these ones. My favorite right now is pomegranite rock star
Reply to this commentI used to like the Monster drinks. Those were HUGE, and I felt indestructible for 2-3 hours.
Reply to this commentAgreed - the purple pomegranate rock star’s are awesome, fantastic taste!
Reply to this commentPomegranite rock star? Never seen that flavor before… it sounds like it’d be interesting to try…
Reply to this commentI’ve seen them, but I can’t say I’d want to try it. The pomegranite flavor just doesn’t sound like it’d mesh with the wierd taste of an energy drink.
Reply to this commentmade in china?
Reply to this commentMaybe or maybe not, probably just smart American marketing.
Have you tried those “Thai Food” plates that you can microwave on TV? Oh my god, that doesn’t even taste like Thai food and tastes horrible, but that was smart American marketing.
Reply to this commenthmmmm…poker players wired on energy drinks? This is a good combination why?
Reply to this commentIt’s definitely not, but it’s a good marketing strategy… Featuring these in The Main Event Commercials.
Reply to this commentSo all it takes is 3 cases of Energy Drinks to make you do a write up about a company? And those other dumb bastards pay $500 for a review. lol
Reply to this commentALL IN energy drink looks good. I’ve never heard of it before, but if I see one at the store I’ll give it a shot and rack up some chips
Reply to this commentAre you playing in the main event John?
Reply to this commentEnergy drinks all taste the same…=/
-Mike
Reply to this commentAre you are what you are talking about…lolz
Reply to this commentA lot of them tastes similar, but some flavoured are really cool and unique in taste.
Reply to this commentI definitely agree, if you’ve had a few different types, you can definitely tell the difference
Reply to this commentThey generally taste similiar but have their each own unique selling point about them which makes people believe they taste differently.
Reply to this commentSomebody call all the hospitals in Canada something has happened to John. Maybe it was an all in overdose. This is the first time in months of reading johnchow.com that I have seen only one post submitted on any given day. John if something did happen I am pulling for you.
Reply to this commentSo what’s the taste like John. I think it’s kinda interesting energy drink. If it has flavors does it tastes like a refreshing herbal drink or just like any refreshing drinks out there?
Reply to this commentThis silhouette guy giving bad comments to John is coward. Why don’t you show your face man or your blog, or maybe ur just among the hundreds of spammers who’ve nothing to do in life. What you did is an act of cowardice. Be a Man!
Reply to this commentZero sugar - sounds good. But I’m not a big fan of energy drinks.
Reply to this commentI think I prefer ginseng tea
Ahhh now if only I was being given free energy drinks! Maybe I’d be able to keep my eyes open at work..haha. It has a pretty nice logo aswell. Nice work whoever did the graphic design!
Reply to this commentNo sugar? Very well then. I’ll definitely try to find one of these and drink one. With a wife, a kid, and a mortgage, it’s tough to have energy to work out, let alone stay awake!
Reply to this commenti used to take Monster but now i get sick from it everytime i take it… so i stopped Red Bull has stopped working on me … The new 5 Hour Energy drink is pretty good. Wondering how long that will last.
Reply to this commentAre you talking about the ones in that TV commercial?? That looks interesting. How are they?
Reply to this commentThose look pretty cool! Like some of the above posters, I’m not a huge energy drink fan, but I do drink them from time to time and might take a look around to see if I find these around Ottawa. I really like the design of the cans.
Reply to this commentI really don’t drink energy drinks. I don’t even drink Coke or Pepsi. I used to get a lot of bad migraines. I gave up pop and feel 100 times better. I rarely get headaches anymore. Some of the guys at my work drink like 20 of them a day. I will let then know, maybe they would be interested.
Reply to this commentI think an occasional energy drink is fine, just to test out a new flavor… But, usually they give me energy for a little over an hour, then I crash…
Reply to this commentAgreed, there is always that after-the-rush crash that is so devastating. Syed, above, says that the 5-hour one (I think on TV) is supposed to be good, though. They advertise it as not having that crash.
Reply to this commentI have this feeling that im going to like the Grape flavor..
Reply to this commentCaffeine, blogging & poker - right up my alley! Thanks for the heads up!
Reply to this commentthis was a paid review
Reply to this commentWas it? Usually Kwan does the paid reviews… It could just be a rambling…
Reply to this commentKwan usually does the reviews…its been known here for a while now
Reply to this commentI’ve had a few sips of red bull and never really liked the taste of energy drinks. However, this root beer tasting one sounds intriguing!
Reply to this commentDefinitely Simon, I am interested to find out what a Root Beer energy drink tastes like
Reply to this commentAnother gimmick to sell energy drinks.
I still prefer my own. zero sugar, zero carbs, 8 calories.

YOu make your own drinks. Wow!
Reply to this commentImpressive, you make your own James. I’ll have to check them out
Reply to this commentHow much are they?
Reply to this commentI wish I had come up with the idea myself. I am an IBO with a company that has exclusive rights for distribution however. I think they are the best. I like the cola flavor, root beer, and the green tea. The citrus and the berry are also good, just not my favorites. They retail for about $2 each which is about the same as a Red Bull.
Reply to this comment$500,000 is insane
Reply to this commentIt’s pretty cool though… as the minimum purse… Very impressive
Reply to this commenthey Mr Nice Guy.
You call someone a coward when they give -ve comment? I don’t think the person was being -ve–he/she was just saying that he/she is seeing only 1 post a day in this blog.
Common bro–don’t be too nice also–don’t kiss ass..
And yeah–Enery drinks are not good for health. You should avoid them. Just eat right and get plenty of sleep and exercise well.
Reply to this commentThats it…
If you guys get into a good back-and-forth, I just might have to grab some popcorn.
Reply to this commentMr. Silhuette Guy there’s nothing wrong with bad comments or constructive criticism what i mean is when you place -ve comments don’t hide yourself. Why afraid of who? If you have your blog identify it. It’s very unfair for the person you commented to when you act like a coward by not devulging your identity.
Reply to this commentdrinking 1000 cans of energy drinks would probably kill me!
or atleast give me heart palpitations.
Reply to this commentDrinking 1,000 cans? It would definitely do some damage! The heart speeds up after just 1 depending on the type of energy drink…
Reply to this commentI’m a fan of energy drinks. I haven’t heard of this one. Will try it when I see it.
Reply to this commentdid it make you a better poker player?
Reply to this commentYears ago I lost a lot of money with ‘4 Kings’ (6 sallories) so I play poker only for beans - lol. But, no problem to drink this drinks - I should take only Citrus or Grape. If I drink beer, I want
BEER. Is this offer for Europe, too? What about minimum quantities and delivery costs for EU?
Reply to this commentOut of Topics (newbie’s) question : How can I put my Avatar in your blog, John?
Reply to this commentJust click on your silhouette and it will take you to the site where you set it up for free. Works for many other sites, too.
Reply to this commentGravatar.com should do the trick
Reply to this commentI’ll stick to red bull.

Reply to this commentInteresting compilation Jimson… Do you have a personal preference of energy drink?
Reply to this commentI hate these energy drinks. I see people drinking Red Bull at 6am in the morning on their way to work. Just Sick
Reply to this commentThey taste like bat urine. At least when I imagine what bat urine would taste like…that’s what it is.
Reply to this commentA contest to promote product and by giving that much sounds really good to those who want to win.
Reply to this commentand look they make you agree to write about them on this blog..lots of energy indeed.
