Hamilton Scotts Residence – How To Park Your Lamborghini

written by John Chow on September 6, 2012

Big Idea Mastermind

So you got yourself a brand new Lamborghini Aventador and can’t stop looking at it. That’s understandable. Wouldn’t it be great if you can park the car in your living room so you and your friends can admire it 24/7? Well, the new Hamilton Scotts residence in Singapore will allow you to do just that!

The Hamilton Scotts is one of the most unique luxury properties in the world, and the first development in Asia to be built with an ensuite car porch residence. The ensuite car porch residence will also be the tallest in the world.

The building consists of high end three-bedroom apartments and penthouses set over 30 stories. The ensuite car porch lets owners have their cars lifted directly into a special space within their apartments. All apartments contain two ensuite car porches with the penthouses containing up to four.

Representing a lifestyle unrivaled by any other development in Singapore the Hamilton Scotts truly gives an immense amount of ‘face’ to any investor.

When you think about it, the Hamilton Scotts Residence actually makes sense. Parking space is at a super premium in Singapore, and the odds of getting a ding on the Lambo doors is quite high. Also, Singapore has more Lamborghini, Ferrari and Maserati per capita than any other country (even with the crazy import tax).

Residence units at Hamilton Scotts range from $7.5 million to $15 million. Check out the company website for more information. If you decide to buy a unit, let them know I sent you. The finder’s fee will pay for a nice night out in Singapore. And don’t worry about the traffic jam in the morning as you compete with 58 other owners for the car elevator. :)

Awesome place to park….
When we get a new car it happens that we always worry about it. Seems this is good idea to keep an eye on our things.
