That's impressive. I've seen similar things done in the past but to do it from photo's you've posted yourself is outstanding. Congrats to the artist!

Yes, but it was easy with a search and then just a process of downloading them.

I'm pretty sure there's some processing going on - tinting pictures etc by the looks of it. You can tell if you look closely as some pictures are repeated and look different.

Nope he doesn't. AndreaMosaic is a great little programme but it still took a few attempts to get it looking good (even if the food does look like a big fried egg) and the more pictures the better. It took a little time to do but it was worth it and the results are impressive.
