How To Make A Million Buck In a Week From Facebook

written by John Chow on October 26th, 2007

While the Facebook Developer Garage was mostly filled with geeks who couldn’t make money online if their life depended on it, there was a presentation from my buddy Jason Bailey of Millnic Media (they gave me the MS Zune that nobody wants).

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to catch Jason’s speech because it was after the break and we had already left for the Memphis Blues BBQ House. Fortunately, Jason made a video of his presentation. I would have loved to see the look on the attendees’ faces when Jason told them there were Facebook marketers who’ve made over a million bucks in a week with Facebook.

In these two videos, Jason gives three concrete examples of how people are making huge coin off their Facebook Apps using CPA offers that can be found in Millnic Media. When watching the videos, see if you can come up with other ways to integrate the methods Jason talks about.

I really need to start paying more attention to Facebook. Especially with their new ad network coming up.

McAfee said that about this website: SiteAdvisor’s analysis says “We tested this site and didn’t find any significant problems.”

Well, I have a problem. Millnic Media is the “CashEngines” of the gift scam business. They promote a variety of free gift scams and free ringtone scams, following the CashEngines/PlatinumPartner blueprint of enlisting an army of affiliates that hope to cash in big.

can someone tell me more about that ?

Ludicris,, WTF you talking about. What CPA Network does not have email and zip submits? Azoogle, CPA Empire, Clickbooth ( all of which have been around a lot longer and have been promoting email and zip subs for years), Do some research before you start badmouthing a company. I have been with Millnic since Jan and they are barnone the coolest network in the biz. They dont spam me with emails everyday telling me to push this offer or that offer. They let me be and do what we do ( advertise ) and pay on time everytime. But great attempt at badmouthing them. There is always one of them.

They all have the offers, and if people are stupid enough to enter them I say we might as well take advantage of that.

Interesting, never know Facebook has such potential.

I’ve seen what my contact does and thought it’s just a hangout joint. :)

Any site with that amount of traffic is a potential moneymaker. The thing is you need to figure out an evil scheme :)

Yeah.. I wish I could create some cool app that would make a ton of money on facebook. Facebook is very popular. There is a girl who created a site that gives away myspace templates with adsense code imbedded into the coding and she is now a millionaire cause there are so many people using her templates.

Ok time to join the facebook “blog” rush I guess. John, I think you should do a post analysing all serious social sites side by side and how they can be used to improve blogging and of course earnings. Having it all in one place comparatively would surely make a good read.

I think facebook applications may really become a nice way to make lots of money online. But, before you earn that amount of money you need a LOT of people using your facebook app!
