There is certainly a housing recession and a credit crunch on the way. But the way to survive isn't to pull back and hide in a cave. Instead, we have to keep going. Keep striving. If you're an investor, buy property and rent it out. The housing market may be collapsing, but the rental market is booming because people have less money to buy property and, thus, are forced to rest. The dollar is falling, so buy lots of silver and buy stockin oil companies--all commodities that retain their value when inflation increases. We have to be aggressive if we're going to survive.
