Apple MacBook Pro

Apple today unveiled its new 17-inch MacBook Pro notebook computer featuring the Intel Core Duo processor (that means it can run Windows as well as the Mac OS). The new 17-inch MacBook Pro features an aluminum enclosure just one inch thin and weighs only 6.8 pounds, making it the lightest 17″ notebook in the world.

The new 17-inch MacBook Pro will begin shipping next week through the Apple Store, Apple’s retail stores and Apple Authorized Resellers. The suggested retail price of $2,799US. You can get the full scope on the new MacBook here.

Now let see, who do I know at Apple PR?

Wow!. That’s sexy. Hope they ship to Australia soon so I can replace my X40 Thinkpad.

It’s too bad the screen doesn’t do 1920×1200. I would have like that over the 1680×1050. However, I think I can live with it. :)
