Derrik Dyka and Sunny Yee from FlippingRich.com sent me some cool Flipping Rich T-shirts. Derrik is a Minneapolis Realtor. Sunny works in the investment industry. Together, they run the Flipping Rich blog.
I have four extra Flipping Rich T-shirts. If you want one, then just reply to this post. I’ll draw four names from all the comments on Monday and those winners will get Flipping Rich as well.

Derrik has an awesome series on his blog called “Hookups”. Of course, they’re in Minnesota, but hookups definitely help.
