Derrik Dyka and Sunny Yee from FlippingRich.com sent me some cool Flipping Rich T-shirts. Derrik is a Minneapolis Realtor. Sunny works in the investment industry. Together, they run the Flipping Rich blog.

I have four extra Flipping Rich T-shirts. If you want one, then just reply to this post. I’ll draw four names from all the comments on Monday and those winners will get Flipping Rich as well.
