Gamers from all over the world are flying in to QWest Field in downtown Seattle for four days of intense gaming to decide who is the best of the best. More than 1.5 million competitors around the world battled for a spot on their respective national teams. The pool has been narrowed to the elite 700 gamers representing a record 74 countries. These gamers will compete for gold medals, national glory, a share of $500,000 in cash and prizes, and the title of the “world’s best” in 12 different gaming titles.

If you’re heading down to the games, keep an eye out for me and say hi if you do. Go Team Canada!
