A buddy on AIM recently pointed me out to the new Netscape homepage. As you can see, they have gone to a Digg format. Netscape users can submit stories and vote on submitted stories to bring them to the front page.

This can turn into a pretty good tool for webmasters with high quality contents. Netscape is a very big site and I’m sure getting one of your stories on the front page will results in a quite a bit of new traffic. And unlike Digg, it looks like most of the front page stories are political and entertainment related - good for people without tech sites.
