  2. In April 2018 Instagram revealed that they have reached an astounding 700 million Instagrammers 400 million + of which are daily active users. While Instagram was slow to release advertising to all now days as long as you have the business profile you can run an advertisement on Instagram.

Tracking conversions on Instagram is tough, since you can use urls (clickable), but you can create a new website or url to use specifically on instagram (in posts and branded on images). This would allow you to start testing and seeing how results go. Also, don’t forget about the URL in the profile as well. This is where nearly all traffic will be directed to your site, so it should be a tracking url.
