Jim Kukral Launches Coaching Program

written by John Chow on November 12, 2008

How one lazy bum made $176,697.50

Had you always wished there was someone who you can turn to on a one-on-one basis to help you make money online? I get emails all the time asking me to be a mentor or coach. While I would love to help, this is something I don’t do. Fortunately, my good friend Jim Kukral is willing to help you out.

Jim has started a new brand call The Biz Web Coach, a coaching/membership site for small businesses and brands who need access to someone who can help them succeed online. Jim brings 12+ years of online experience and expertise at your disposal. Some of Jim’s clients include FedEx, Sherwin Williams and Ernst & Young.

The Biz Web Coach (Jim Kukral) is a private, members-only, resource for small business owners, personal brands or anyone who needs to be successful online… but needs that expert in their back pocket who they can pull out at anytime and get help from.

This is different. This is hands-on guidance and coaching.

It’s not “info products”. There are no “dvd’s to order”. This is revolutionary! Someone who you can actually work with who will help you with your specific goals in mind!

Membership Benefits

Besides access to someone of Jim’s caliber, members of The Biz Web Coach can look forward to the following benefits.

  • Private live and threaded forum discussion groups moderated by Jim Kukral, accessible 24-hours-a-day.
  • Monthly expert classroom series – Learn a new skill every month.
  • How-to screencasts on new tools and technologies
  • 10 minute first-time success call with Jim
  • Twice monthly, live, for members only webinars to discuss opportunities and strategize business success where you can ask questions live to Jim
  • Recordings of each and every call provided
  • Skill-building articles & tips that can help you grow your business
  • Exclusive podcasts with industry leaders like Guy Kawasaki & Gary Vaynerchuk
  • Monthly newsletter
  • Guest expert articles from industry movers-and-shakers
  • Free press release pitch-fixer. Don’t send out that press release without getting it reviewed, and fixed first!
  • Monday Motivational podcast on life and success
  • Resource library, every tool you need to get the job done right.
  • All the back-issues of The Biz Web Coach newsletter.
  • Access to special reports and pdfs

The cost of membership in The Biz Web Coach is $47 per month plus a $97 one-time registration fee. You can save $42 by signing up for a three month membership. If you need some serious hand holding, Jim has a $749 package that will give you two 30-minute Skype sessions.

Hello!

Good proposal but the price seems prohibitive for newbies with meager budget and who’s still testing the waters for online dollars.

Steven-Sanders November 12, 2008 at 9:23 am

You’ve gotta spend money to make money.

Sohail November 12, 2008 at 9:32 am

That is right but there are many free resources as well (but again are they better then paid ones, thatz debatable)

Ryan McLean November 12, 2008 at 3:08 pm

Free is rarely better than the ones you pay for. You can find great content for free (like on my blog :) ) but more often than not the ones that cost the big bucks are the best.

Kok Choon November 13, 2008 at 12:10 am

Cool service, just like attending a classroom!

TYCP Entertainment Magazine November 12, 2008 at 4:35 pm

That’s right. Nothing is really free in this world.

Wess November 15, 2008 at 3:20 pm

Not in my world :D

That could be the reason I’m not raking in much cash, but I’ve pretty much made all my money this year with almost no investment.

I have purchased a couple domain names. We’re talking less than $30 here. Before I bought one, I was already making some money.

Thank goodness for Google, Digital Point, and self-motivation.

You CAN make money without spending money. The trick is to be smart enough to figure out how.

Study Babes November 12, 2008 at 9:35 am

it’s $150, hopefully you’re expecting to make more than that with your efforts so if you think the program looks like it’ll be worth it there’s no reason not to spend the money now

Alex at Net-Entrepreneur.com November 12, 2008 at 10:57 pm

Yes, but you’ve already purchased a bunch of ebooks and guides, and joined a few other paid services, thinking you are going to be making more than that anyway, so why not.

So, now you’re down 2K and you think, “oh man, that is another 150 to add to that…. no thanks”

That’s the problem.

Sohail November 12, 2008 at 9:30 am

The monthly fee is OK but the registration fee adds up a lot ;)

Mario November 12, 2008 at 10:01 am

In my opinion, $97 to learn how to make money is not a lot.

Mario

TYCP Entertainment Magazine November 12, 2008 at 4:37 pm

Agreed. You should be able to make the money back & more in no time.

Alex at Net-Entrepreneur.com November 12, 2008 at 11:05 pm

There’s a monthly fee also… $47

Affiliate Confession November 12, 2008 at 5:41 pm

$97 isn’t really that much to get started, but the $50 will cost you $600 a year, that’s where the real soct is.

Affiliate Confession November 12, 2008 at 5:42 pm

Oops, I see that it’s $47 a month.

Alex at Net-Entrepreneur.com November 12, 2008 at 11:00 pm

The $97 is a pain in the @$$… What could possibly be his costs for setting up a new member? All is done automatically by the membership platform anyway.

Seo Creations November 12, 2008 at 9:34 am

Monthly fee is on higher side

Danny Cooper November 12, 2008 at 10:38 am

I think at $47 this is one of the cheaper courses available from the guru’s.

Bruce November 12, 2008 at 9:55 am

$750 for 1 hour phone call? That is some ego you have there Jim.

Sohail November 12, 2008 at 5:50 pm

WOooOW ;)

Alex at Net-Entrepreneur.com November 12, 2008 at 11:01 pm

YEA! A Big one..

browie November 12, 2008 at 10:29 am

Whoa, sounds just like some of the other coaching sites except for the fact that it’s Jim Kukral.

Nicholas Chase November 12, 2008 at 10:44 am

Jim is the real deal, he is consistently giving away from himself, check him out!

Respectfully, Nicholas Chase – ‘the video guy’ from BlogWorld Expo 2008

Dfunda November 12, 2008 at 11:22 am

the cost to join is too much

Terra Andersen November 12, 2008 at 11:36 am

Definitely a reasonable offer. I agree that it takes money to make money, in most cases. *=)

Good information is priceless if it leads to you making money for a long time, don’t you think? The internet seems to be one of the lesser-hit from the current “Economical Crisis”… i’d go for it.

Entirely integrated i journal November 12, 2008 at 12:22 pm

Great idea. Money for useful information also seems reasonable. The amount of money is another question…I would like to go for it, but so far my budget is under construction :)

Unique Gift Ideas November 12, 2008 at 1:24 pm

This looks like a fantastic opportunity to learn a few new things about our online businesses. I’ll forward this thread to the owner of my company to see what he thinks about it. Thanks

annoyedtrader blog November 12, 2008 at 2:05 pm

not a bad price considering what others charge

Whateverebay November 12, 2008 at 2:59 pm

This is an incredible package, however the fees are a bit high. I would be willing to pay a higher one flat fee or a lower monthly fee; but not both.

Pheak.T November 12, 2008 at 3:07 pm

this is actually cheaper than some of the ones i ran into on the web.

Chris Jacobson November 12, 2008 at 3:36 pm

I’m sure it’s a great program, but way too much money in my opinion.

Affiliate Confession November 12, 2008 at 5:26 pm

One of the best coaching programs I’ve found is PPC Coach. It’s $50 a month and I earned the cost for an entire year back in about 3 weeks.

Seo Creations November 12, 2008 at 6:59 pm

Yup PPC are the best

Alex at Net-Entrepreneur.com November 12, 2008 at 11:02 pm

maybe I should check it out… where’s your affiliate link? :)

BloggerTests November 12, 2008 at 3:37 pm

$50 per month is pennies if you’re serious about your online business. Having an expert you can actually talk to is priceless. It will save/earn you money many times over.

MoneyBlog November 12, 2008 at 3:55 pm

Great idea. This looks like a fantastic opportunity to learn

TYCP Entertainment Magazine November 12, 2008 at 4:40 pm

I think it’s interesting how some are claiming that the fee is high. I’d say that this is probably the cheapest one I’ve seen in lord knows how long.

I also agree with what BloggerTests said. I wonder if these people realize that.

Affiliate Confession November 12, 2008 at 5:25 pm

Another coaching program, honestly, it’s hard to keep up with all of them.

TYCP Entertainment Magazine November 16, 2008 at 2:58 pm

Yeah, but I think the real trick is to find out which one actually isn’t just a bunch of BS.

annoyedtrader blog November 12, 2008 at 5:31 pm

has anyone tried this yet to give other feedback?

BusinessX November 12, 2008 at 5:45 pm

Is there a review site for coaching programs?

BusinessX November 12, 2008 at 5:33 pm

I guess the real test is not the price since the market will keep that in check, the question is the value. Seeing so many tools and insiders sites, yet what is there to say that is not freely available on the web? Will Jim Kukral really be available for one-on-one specific questions to me and my sites? I would be interested in opinions/reviews after a few months.

Affiliate Confession November 12, 2008 at 5:39 pm

The value is the key. Follow up reviews are a good idea.

james November 12, 2008 at 5:57 pm

everyone is a guru these days. 10 min interview? are you joking me? i think he should reduce that to 2 min.

Diana Rupert November 12, 2008 at 7:39 pm

Anyone I guest need a helping hand. And for those who just starting their business online, this article is what they need to know. Your article was interesting.
Thank you

Mega Champ November 12, 2008 at 10:41 pm

For me Your blog, Shoemoney, Problogger and DP is enough, for the time being :-)

MP4 November 13, 2008 at 1:23 am

I can envision it would be a worthwhile solution for some folks out there that just don’t have the time to educate themselves online……the resources are out there, you just have to find them.

Make money online November 13, 2008 at 10:12 am

Thats a cool service
I will definitely try :D

annoyedtrader blog November 13, 2008 at 12:02 pm

ChrisBlogging.com November 13, 2008 at 5:39 pm

Great value, for sure.

ZK@WebTrafficROI November 14, 2008 at 2:49 pm

Önder November 14, 2008 at 5:14 pm
