Look What FedEx Dropped Off

While I was out for lunch on Friday, the FedEx man tried to drop off a package. Since I wasn’t home, he left a doorknocker to let me know that he’ll be back on Monday to try and deliver it.

I didn’t want to wait over the weekend to find out what got sent to me. This being the holiday, I figure it was some nice gift from a manufacturer or sponsor. Fortunately, the FedEx office is only about 10 minutes from my place. So instead of waiting over the weekend, I just waited until 5:30PM and then drove to the FedEx warehouse at YVR to get the package. Those who were following me on Twitter will already know what was in the package. Those who were not following me can find out by watching this video.

      1. Azmi says:

But most people wouldn’t want to give $5,000 grand to charity.

        1. John Chow says:

That’s why most people are not rich.

          1. Li Weng says:

Awesome! Give and you shall receive.

If there is any person like that, then you can called it Scammer

          5. Your lifestyle will determine the network of people you’ll be around. If you give money away and are willing to show that you are thankful and humble with what you have then those types of people will be drawn to you and you will be drawn to them. If you hang with people who are generous then they of course will be generous to you

          6. I know it took some time but I just signed on up. pick me pick me

          7. GM Worker says:

John Chow shows the best use of videos in his blog. He built curiosity leading people to the video and then reinforced the xr.com contest. With his video posts of Pho, blogging posts, UGM, Vancouver happenings, he provides a lot content from life. I guess that is the dotcom lifestyle. A lot to be learned here.

    1. Li Weng says:

Sure thing. You can learn so much about content creation, more precisely, creating content that just gets a lot of traffic from this blog. The man sure is at the forefront of all this stuff.

  23. game-girl says:

The money looks pretty. The banknotes are always very photogenic! Foreshortening is very impressive. Looking at photos of cash is useful for health.

  24. game-girl says:

Atlanta wedding photographer says as s great phylosophy professor. I agree people around is a reflection of yours, the mirror in which you see your own ”face”. The wisdom is easy to realize. Thank you.

  25. game-girl says:

To GM worker. To my mind our losts don’t depend on our cockiness. They are connected with the feeling of fear and anticipations of bad happening. Losing and receiving are the two sides of one process called ”the life”

  26. game-girl says:

$5000 is a pretty sum of money for charity. I hope John will tell us what it would be spend on. Kind thoughts fill your mind and make you happy.

  27. game-girl says:

I’ll be happy for the winner. It doesn’t look like inthe famous song ”The winner takes it all, the loser standihg small”. In the case the winner takes quite enough, feels happy, has got congratulations and no losres at all. on the contrary all the people dealing with it are happy. Thank you.

  28. game-girl says:

John has been always sharing progressive ideas. He tries to touch upon human souls. He’ll manage it all right.
