The fifth annual Affiliate Summit Pinnacle Awards was presented on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at Affiliate Summit West 2011, taking place at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas.
The Affiliate Summit Pinnacle Awards are affiliate marketing’s most prestigious, competitive honor for the leaders in the space. Award winners are recognized because they are innovative leaders with vision and influence.
I must say, it is indeed an honor to hold an award as prestigious as the Pinnacle Awards for Best Blogger in my hands. I’m sure all my readers would agree that I am deserving of such an honor and I want to thank the award winner, Eric Nagel, for letting me hold it.

I’m a bit confused. Did you win the award, which I agree you’d be deserving of it or were you just allowed to hold it for someone else?
In any case even holding it means that you are pretty close to being the winner.

I never understood the Affiliate Summit awards.
There are six awards given to leaders in affiliate marketing annually – the nominations are open to anybody and then the Affiliate Summit advisory board votes on the nominations.

I find it funny how a lot of the people commenting are saying congratulations and then leaving. It is so obviously they did not read the content of the post and just ran to the end to leave their link.

It’s wonderful to realize that there still are a few people who read other peoples comments.
I looked at the Eric Nagel blog…nothing special. The first thing I noticed is the landing page doesn’t fit my monitor screen. I had to scroll to see the page.
I’m with Dan…how does the judging work?
I’m not really known as a blogger, because I only make posts when I have something useful to share. But, I believe that’s what won me this award: I help other people. I *really* help other people make money with affiliate marketing.
I’m a programmer by nature, and the scripts I give away (not sell) help others with affiliate marketing. And if someone asks me to write them a script, I usually do it for free & post it to my site.
If I don’t have something useful to say or share, I’m not posting.

The jealous accuser attacked you a few days ago similar to the way he spitted on me because you are often sat the top of top commentators.
He thinks we are spammers because we have something to say besides spitting out venom. He can’t do anything else and that bothers him.
If you look at whom he attacks its plain what motivates him.
