Make $10,000 in 37 Days From Facebook
written by John Chow on April 27th, 2008
Brian Campbell of the Internet Marketing University wants to show the power of Facebook but using it to make $10,000 in 37 days. Why he needs 37 days and not 30, I have no idea.
I’m doing a live demonstration about how to I’m going to earn $10,000 or more on facebook in only 37 days, starting completely from scratch. I’m teaching this group how I’m doing it.
If you want to find out how you can make some big money from Facebook, you can follow Brian’s progress at his Facebook page. These things normally end up with the guy falling flat on his face, or making the required amount. It should be interesting to watch. Good luck Brian.

Yeah if it was $10,000 in 30 days I would go for it, but this $10,000 in 37 days…pffffffft

I made $15,522 in 54 days on Facebook… does that count for anything?
Reply to this commentdid you make the money ON facebook? or FROM facebook?
Reply to this commentFacebook can be a very powerful social networking tool. Better than Digg, Reddit, etc.
Reply to this commentI’m just not into Facebook much. I get tired of all the application requests people send me and I’m using it way less than Twitter.
Reply to this commentHere here … I get so many of these application request …for me to see a comment, I have to get funwall application. For you to do this ….. I hate it
Reply to this commentThat’s a good question ! (?)
Reply to this commentThat’s a nice amount Chris, but 53 days should have been the longest it took you to reach that.
Reply to this comment~Terry
Yes Chris, I believe we’ll count that one.
Reply to this commentInteresting that the title of the post in the title bar says “Make ,000 in 37 days” - that’s probably how it would turn out for me heh! Who knows, I might give facebook marketing a try one of these days.
Reply to this commentHaha…That is weird. You got a good eye because I rarely even bother looking at the title of the page at the top of the browser.
Reply to this comment~Terry
It must have something to do with the dollar sign.
Reply to this commentI’m going to try this out
Reply to this commentShould be interesting to watch his progress. 37 days does seem a little fishy though
Why not 37 day’s and $9,999
Reply to this commentWhy 37 days? Why not in a month or 30 days or something? Strange strange strange
Reply to this comment37 sounds more legit than 30… we’ve all heard of the “get rich in 30 day’s” scheme, but now we have the “get rich in 37 day’s” scheme.
Reply to this commentBut I think the “30 days” rhetoric is a better sales ploy.
Reply to this commentI will try this in the near future.
I wonder how does facebook marketing work. I don’t have an idea!
Reply to this commentwow! Very tempting…. I’m into Facebook now!! All the while I find facebook very complicated… It seems like it can be use to generate money too!

Reply to this commentI neither even own an account in Facebook nor got interested to join although the promotion from my friends keep surrounding me to join, for me it’s just another Friendster with more complicated & complete features to make friends from all of over the continents. But for 10,000 in 37 days may be I should give it a shoot…I’m in
Reply to this commentI’ll be interested to see what happens, I am just now starting to explore different ways to make money online.
Reply to this commentWonder what he will do to make the dope

Reply to this commentI’ve tried the Ads on Facebook but it’s so expensive for my site. The minimum amount you have to spend a day is $5, and regular bid for 1 click is $0.5x. 10 visitors a day for $5? Isn’t it too expensive? (Maybe for me)
Reply to this commentI would like to thank John for picking up my story. I’m not only just making $10,000 in 37 days on facebook, I’m teaching people how I’m doing it as I’m doing. This is to help the greatest amount of people! In fact my timeline is shrinking and I’ll probably be making it in 22-25 days.
Aloha,

Hey brain, where do I sign up to learn this?
Reply to this comment“These things normally end up with the guy falling flat on his face, or making the required amount.”
How profound. Seriously…
Reply to this commentI was thinking that too. What other way could it end up? You either make it or you don’t. LOL.
Reply to this commentI didn’t even know if that’s possible. How does he do (or is planning) it???
Really really curious..
Reply to this commentMy money is on him failing. Or if he succeeds it will be by spamming or some other underhand technique.
Reply to this commentFrom reading his posts, it sounds like he is going to use the Facebook group to push his wares. I could be wrong, and it will be interesting to see what happens.
Reply to this commentI have no idea how he is going to accomplish that. I am also curious but in 37 days? lol lets see
Reply to this commentThe “37 days” bit isn’t very catchy. “30 days” or “4 weeks” or something easier to remember is simpler to use.
Reply to this commentI assume he will make the money by providing something of value (or at least perceived value).
Please keep up updated.

Who wants to make bets on whether this will work or not?
Reply to this commentMe. Yes he can make it.
Reply to this commentI’m in alredy, lets see. I think he is offering few affiliate programs. If there is a class kind of program he creates and charges $1000 per preson all he need is 10 people. Even offering afiliate offers that are give $50.00 in affiliate commissions and getting 200 people to complete the offers will do it.
Reply to this commentI haven’t tried this yet, it’s too expensive. But i guess as the old saying goes it takes money to make money. I think he will make it, soley on the fact people will be looking out for them just because he has advertised what he has done so much.
Reply to this commentWas it you John who posted a few months ago about a blog who had listed how he made a ton of money (can’t remember the amount) on Facebook by becoming an affiliate with some scholarship programs?
That was a great article to read (I’m 99% sure it was from here that I read it) for anybody who wants to make money off Facebook.
Reply to this commentOkay, I joined the group just to keep track of this and see if the guy can do it.
Reply to this commentDidn’t Facebook lose $50 million dollars last year. It seems even Facebook can’t figure out how to make money from Facebook
Reply to this comment$50 million is chump change. Facebook is worth about $1 billion.
Reply to this commentfacebook is valued at about 15 billion, after Microsoft bought a minority stake in the company for $240 million. that was back in october… but yes 50 mil is chump change…
Reply to this commenti m not sure about that.
But is making $150/day sound alright/practical to you all?
Which one is more feasible? $10k in 37 day or $150/day.
Take a look at http://www.make150aday.com
Reply to this commentHere’s how you make $10,000 on Facebook in 37 days… Tell everyone you are going to give a class on how to make $10,000 on Facebook in 37 days. Similar with what John Chow does with his website.
Reply to this commentWell I think John Chow is legit. But the Facebook $10,000 guy is a little more suspect.
Reply to this commentI am open to any methods that work, that don’t cost much money to follow through with. Most people reading sites of these nature don’t have $500 to gamble with. Yeah you could spend $500 and turn it in to 1500 or so, but what about people wanting to turn 5 bucks into 50. Then 50 to 500?? I think a lot of sites that are to help us make more money, forget that most of us have to start out at the bottom. You can’t just jump into the game without working your way up. This is why most of us get fooled because you think you can just jump into the big boy game.
It is weird that he has a 37 minute video. I guess a minute for each day lol. In his video, it is just him rambling. In my opinion, a 5 minute video that was well put together would have worked better. He lost credibility because it seemed like he was just repeating and going over the same thing, pulling stuff out of the air. I also would like so see his site populated. All of his posts have no comments.. Looks like he just wanted some hype, so he saved up money for a few reviews on sites like JC.
If he does make his goal of 10k, then It has to be because of all the hype he built up. That hype will help him make his mark, and then people will think he is god.
I am open to be proven wrong, so I will follow him and see what is really up with it…
Reply to this commenthmm yeah this guys does seem suspect.. lots of hype….
he has a facebook group, a facebook fan page, briancampbell.com which is an exact copy of his fan page, his imu site… and on and on…
also in part 1 of his video he says that he can send one email out to his list of 100,000 contacts and from that email make $100,000 in two hours, and that he’s done that a number of times… so why would he bother working to make $10,000 in 37 days….?
not to mention… after 37 days, or 22 days or whenever it is that he says he has completed his goal… how is going to actually prove that he made the money from facebook?
i can say that i will make $50,000 in 50 days, and then come back 50 days late and say “I DID IT!”… all i need is a convincing video so that you’ll trust me when i say i made the money….
p.s… i know you don’t get rich buy throwing your money away, but he looks like he’s recording his video in a basement suite dungeon apartment, on a rat infested couch…. not very fitting for a guy who already made 2 million online, and can make another 100 g’s with a click of the mouse.
Reply to this commentif i made 500 € with my blog in a month i would be satisfied, but im inpressioned with that….
Reply to this commentI totally agree with pennyblogger and wade..
Reply to this commentIt will be interesting, to say the least. I’m in for the ride though. I’ll be following along and working with him to see how this unfolds. I think we’re all going to succeed.
Reply to this commentI do go thru all articles of John’s normally. This is interesting article to work with facebook. I will check it up.
thanks
Reply to this commentIf it is easy to make $10,000 in 37 days, then next year, there will be more than countless millionaires in the world.
Reply to this commentI have been a client of Brian Campbell and his ex partner for at least a couple of years and I can assure you if you ignore his training you will be the loser….Brian is a lot different from most of the so called Guru’s. He gives a lot back to the people trying to make it online.
Reply to this comment30 days or 37 days….does it matter…..obviously you guys haven’t been around the Internet Marketing world too long. Don’t you know about the magic number 7.
Reply to this commentLook at any website selling anything to do with the internet marketing world and it is priced at $7, £17, $27, $37, $47, $57, $67, $77, $97, $147, £197, $1997, $2997….Obviously someone has done some research and the 7 on the end for some reason entices people to purchase. So 37 days instead of 30. Not to get you to purchase but to take note…..You did didn’t you because you asked why 37 instead of 30.. Say no more
I hope he succeeds in his mission & I joined his group on Facebook and started watching his two part video and it quickly became a lot of yada yada yada yang yang and I lost interest.
Good luck buddy
Reply to this commentLooks like Facebook deleted the group. Anyone have a link to a blog or anything else where I can follow this guy’s progress?
Reply to this commentI had a similar experience as DeboHobo. It’s a LOT of babbling. Only about 5 minutes of material is worth listening and the materials are very basic too (Create groups or fan pages). His ability to create hype and PR is impressive though :). It’s still worth following just in case his succeeding videos have more quality materials in it.
Reply to this commentWell, it does sound a little fishy. Guy thought he’d put 37 days so this thing of his won’t be considered a ‘30 days skim’. Anyway, is he going to make or not isn’t that important right now, it already got my attention. I must admit I hate facebook, but could use the money
So I’ll be watching
Reply to this commentAnd thanks John btw. Keep it up.
