Make Money Online With John Chow dot Com E-Book

written by John Chow on May 28, 2007

Yes it’s true! I have written an E Book on how to make money online! And it’s available for sale today! Don’t miss this chance to be the first to grab your copy at a special price of zero dollars! That’s right! My E Book is FREE!

Why am I giving my E Book away instead of charging money for it? Because I want to put the screws to the E Book industry. 99% of those get rich quick E Books are nothing but scams. The author of those books make their money by selling you worthless information. The market is huge because there really is a sucker born every minute.

Not only is my E Book completely free, but you are free to copy it and send it to all your friends or make it available on your blog. Most E Book marketers use free E Books (which is nothing more than an up sell or one time offer) as a way to build up a mailing list – you have to enter your email address before you can download the book. Not with my book! You can read it online, download it to you comp or print it out and I don’t need you to sign up for anything.

Many E Book marketers are going to hate me for doing it and that’s great. I want them to hate me. I make my money with real websites that offers real value. I don’t make money by selling PDF files with worthless information on it.

What’s In It For John Chow?

Giving away an E Book that can sell for $97.00 doesn’t sound very evil, does it? However, once you look at the big picture, you’ll see just how evil my scheme is. I am using this book as a traffic building tool. By giving it away with no strings attached, the E book will spread all over the Internet and it links back to my blog. If readers like what they read, chances are they will visit my blog. That’ll increase blog traffic and traffic equals money! Also, the recommended moneymakers on chapter two use affiliate links so I’m sure that’ll bring some back-end money. But it’s still 100% free to you.

The E book is a compilation of updated posts I’ve made about making money by blogging. I get emails everyday asking questions that my blog had already answered. This E Book lets me answer those already asked questions plus give you a ton of tips to make money from your blog. Feel free to download Make Money Online With John Chow dot Com and pass it on to all your friends or upload it to your blog and tell your readers about it. Reviews are welcome as well.

blogdinero May 28, 2007 at 11:26 pm

Well, I never thought to see you make this, really you are evil…

Make Money Blogging May 29, 2007 at 12:09 am

I’m not surprised. I was thinking of doing the same once I got more info onto my own blog. John Chow beats me to the punch yet again! ;)

blogdinero May 29, 2007 at 12:38 am

In Central America John would be calles “kabrón”, jeje, is a way to call the lovelly evils.

Garry Conn May 29, 2007 at 1:28 am

Very interesting… I like it. I just downloaded the e-book and will start to read it soon. Pretty crafty way to gain a ton more of traffic to the site. I would almost bet John Chow monthly pay check on this e-book being added to a minimum of 1000 sidebars within the next 72 hours. :) Yes, very evil… I must say! But a total marketing genius!

Philomena Ojikutu May 29, 2007 at 2:14 am

Crafty, you say?

who doesn’t know that JC is tons better in value with his delivery, particularly on this blog?

A man who broke the taboo of detail disclosure of weekly and monthly blog incomes is certainly wise, and not crafty.

This free E-book is another taboo-breaker. Is it not natural if his ‘free’ gift translate into quality traffic and backlinks.

Rider on John, I salute your wisdom and worthy and inestimable contributions to the blogosphere.

Kumiko May 29, 2007 at 7:55 am

It’s a good idea to bring traffic to the site, but I don’t think a free ebook is in itself an orginal idea. However, JC’s is much better than any other that I’ve read. Even though I’d read most of it before as I’ve read every single post on this site.

Maybe that’s why I’m making money?

Wesley Novack May 29, 2007 at 7:56 am

I love the cracks at the E book “industry”. Most of that shit is a bunch of scams. Thanks to John for pissing them off!!!

Matt Huggins May 29, 2007 at 11:32 am

There are a bunch of scams or scam-like e-products out there. However, I think there are plenty of useful, quality e-books as well that are well worth their price. People tend to just jump on the bandwagon claiming that all e-books are scams despite what they actually know.

Philomena Ojikutu May 29, 2007 at 12:53 pm

What a classic exposition, “kabrón”, jeje, indeed.

Kumiko May 29, 2007 at 7:57 am

Beating people to the punch is the very reason he makes five figures a month! You should read the chapter on how “someday never comes”!

Matt - Domain Feed June 12, 2007 at 1:10 pm

Largely true. Wealthy people have a way of getting stuff done…fast.

dot info domain May 29, 2007 at 6:19 pm

free ebook, you just can’t beat that

Kumiko May 29, 2007 at 5:25 am

Brilliant! Amazing! That’s what the JC ebook idea is. I’m going to start selling this on my site for $97!

Marc May 29, 2007 at 8:06 am

That’s a fantastic idea Kumiko. Better yet though, add your own intro and sell it as value-added :P

Kumiko May 29, 2007 at 8:58 am

I think there’s some real possibility here:
“hey there newbie blogger…do you know John Chow? he’s making money online and I’ll share his secrets with you for $97. It’s worked for me!”

WHOAH! For a minute there I thought I was Michael Nivola!

*snaps back to reality*

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 9:48 am

something smells like a female dog around here…

Being stupid is one thing, being female dog is another thing.

for the love of God, please get your freaking facts right.

$97 to share secrets? What the hell are you talking about? Do you even read what you write? You are so clueless.

Matt Huggins May 29, 2007 at 11:42 am

lol, I enjoyed your bitterness on your site, Michael.

Viktor Tromso May 29, 2007 at 12:49 pm

roflmfao, damn that was a mouthful

John before you use your genius in troll control, let this one stay for awhile, he’s quite funny.

Kumiko May 29, 2007 at 5:20 pm

Haha! Mr Nivola is so easy to bait!! I should write a post about him and watch the number of comments on my site double!

Michael Nivola May 30, 2007 at 1:09 am

Hey you want me to comment on your site, I would. Just don’t be nasty, and I would do it for free. I would even guest blog for you if you want.

Just be nice, and have your own piece of mind, don’t be a sheep.

dot info domain May 29, 2007 at 6:21 pm

wow, you’re evil kumiko

it’s great to see you doing well

i have actually enjoyed your blog

well done

Jez May 29, 2007 at 5:36 am

Its loaded with Johns aff links too

Marc May 29, 2007 at 8:06 am

Absolutely wicked! Well thought out!

Make Money Blogging May 29, 2007 at 11:43 am

Meh, this is standard e-book practice.

Marc May 29, 2007 at 2:50 pm

Really? My bad. It’s new to me but then again I’m not an e-book kind of guy…

dot info domain May 29, 2007 at 6:23 pm

well, john offers it for free

and i think he is demostrating how still to make money online when offering stuff for free

Pat Phelan May 29, 2007 at 1:32 pm

Hope its not like the last book you recommended John
http://www.johnchow.com/outline-for-affiliate-marketing / I actually bought that pice of crap on your site, must be the 1% you spoke about

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 4:32 pm

What??? You mean he sold ebooks here?

I thought he is some crusader against ebooks priced above $0???

Thanks for the information. Now I know what he’s up to.

Watch Movies Online May 29, 2007 at 2:52 pm

VERY nice. I knew you’d reveal the nitty gritty details of how it’s done at some point.

Matt - Domain Feed June 12, 2007 at 1:12 pm

He’s been revealing them all along…this is just an organized compilation of his past posts.

ttgapers May 29, 2007 at 3:05 pm

Well it was an excellent read, way better than all the other e-books that are in circulation.

dot info domain May 29, 2007 at 6:18 pm

not the best one i’ve ever come across

but it certainly is one of the best

dot info domain May 29, 2007 at 6:17 pm

thanks john, it’s time that you do this

it’s just most of them are your regular posts

but it does make a useful read

Law of Attraction May 30, 2007 at 2:54 am

Great Job John !! NOw sit and see the green come in :)

Founders Cafe May 30, 2007 at 9:51 am

I guess if you want your comment to appear closer to the top, you gotta answer the first comment, or else others will steal your spot close to the top by answering the first comment.

I was one of the first few people to comment, but it got pushed all the way down by these “comment thieves” LOL

Henrik Blunck - Denmark June 7, 2007 at 4:10 pm

I was raised with politeness, and when I get anything for free as I did your e-book, I want to sincerely thank you for your fine contribution to my library of e-books…

If it’s just half as good as you say, I am sure it’s worth a read. :-)

Have a nice weekend. :-)

Wedding Blog May 28, 2007 at 11:28 pm

You’ve done it again! Great idea as usual John. Did I miss the link to it or is it not up yet? Thanks!

Philomena Ojikutu May 29, 2007 at 2:20 am

John is noble. This idea should be praised as it would explode the minds and the blogs of many, who would follow in his footsteps.

Marc May 29, 2007 at 8:24 am

I don’t know about noble… Genius yes, noble… I don’t think so

jalansutera May 28, 2007 at 11:28 pm

cool.. I love the 1.80MB ebook. We do not need Rich Jerk or Who Loves Money. We just need this perfect ebook to make money online. Thanks, John. I love it very much…

Philomena Ojikutu May 29, 2007 at 2:32 am

Did you say Rich Jerk? My hubby calls him E-Jerk! John loves money too, that is why he is the root of “*vil”

The difference lies in methods of acquisition. John’s noble and wise, while the ‘E-jerk’ is crude and rude.

Kumiko May 29, 2007 at 7:58 am

It’s funny you should bring up the Rich Jerk. That business goes bust and JC writes an ebook? Me thinks there’s a hole in the market waiting to be filled?

website copywriter May 28, 2007 at 11:28 pm

Awesome strategy, John; it’s very in-your-face, I like it a lot!

betshopboy May 28, 2007 at 11:29 pm

Downloaded! All 59 pages of freebies! Thanks for sharing, John!

Alex May 28, 2007 at 11:35 pm

wow john chow, you are truly gay

Make Money Blogging May 29, 2007 at 1:07 am

How do you figure?

Kumiko May 29, 2007 at 8:01 am

That’s exactly why I continue to moderate all of my comments. Thank you for inspiring me to continue to do so!

Marc May 29, 2007 at 8:27 am

Yeah, moderation is nice. I try to let people express themselves, but I would let something like this sit for long. That being said, it’s a much easier job for me than it would be for John given the volume he has to deal with.

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 9:50 am

you are just a control freak!

you even want to control the reality of things.

Wake up!!!!

Marc May 29, 2007 at 10:24 am

The reality of things is the best thing to control.

Controlling imagination gets boring quickly…

Steven May 28, 2007 at 11:38 pm

Thanks John

blogdinero May 28, 2007 at 11:43 pm

The chapter 9 is great, about your history. Is that in the blog?

John Chow May 28, 2007 at 11:46 pm

Yes it is. But most readers never check the archives. :)

blogdinero May 29, 2007 at 12:36 am

there´s a lot

John Chow May 29, 2007 at 12:38 am

That’s why most readers never check the archives.

Kumiko May 29, 2007 at 8:07 am

I’ve read them all JC! I’ve printed them all out and made a “bible” that I keep under my pillow!

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 9:51 am

freaking boot licker

shove it somewhere else seems to be a better alternative.. maybe your filthy mouth?

Marc May 29, 2007 at 10:26 am

Wow, that’s constructive… I’ll bet Kumiko’s strategy is generating more revenue than yours…

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 4:34 pm

you think?

whatever really. I don’t care what you think really. Bank accounts don’t lie.

Kumiko May 29, 2007 at 5:22 pm

Bank accounts don’t lie….but YOU do!

Michael Nivola May 30, 2007 at 1:12 am

Bank accounts don’t lie….but YOU do!

We are getting into a circular argument, but that’s fine. I don’t think your brain can have enough power to get through even one round of reasoning.

Kumiko, you can kiss my white ass.

Jack May 28, 2007 at 11:47 pm

i love chapter 9

long live the king!

Make Money Blogging May 29, 2007 at 1:08 am

I agree, chapter 9 has a lot of background on John that I missed from his early blog posts. I actually read that before looking at any other chapters!

Philomena Ojikutu May 29, 2007 at 2:39 am

truly royal, and I remain loyal.

see why other nobles feared the roaring conquests of this blog king? even darren rowse had to block his Adwords IM at the problogger!

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 9:53 am

it’s not because he’s noble

he’s a poor competitor, he doesn’t compete fair

he’s the carl lewis of bloggers

Make Money Blogging May 29, 2007 at 11:46 am

How is he a poor competitor? Just because he’s doing things a little differently doesn’t mean what he does is poor. I like what John has going on here, though I do disagree with his posts at times. I’d be interested to hear your reasoning for your statement though.

Court May 29, 2007 at 12:03 pm

If he’s the Carl Lewis, you’re the Tonya Harding.

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 4:38 pm

I’ll reply to both make money blogging and court.

Firstly, he tells lies to put down his competitors. Read his review about my system. It’s full of lies.

Secondly, he abuses the trust others put in him.

As for court, Tonya Harding is a female. You already got that wrong. Poor analogy.
But an A for sucking up to John! Well done! Why don’t you click a few more ads on his site as well, huh? Write more postings about his blog, distribute his ebook for him, put Adwords ads about his blog for him, lick his boots for him?
all this just to get a backlink?

pathetic MF.

Jack May 29, 2007 at 12:03 am

Hi John, May i buy it? $1 would be fine. i don’t want if free John. you deserve to get paid.. as long as you give that guarantee

Make Money Blogging May 29, 2007 at 1:09 am

Hahaha, talk about evil plans…

Philomena Ojikutu May 29, 2007 at 2:43 am

Jack, then Buy him a Beer instead.

InvestorBlogger May 29, 2007 at 8:11 am

Then buy john a pitcher of ale at the Buy Me a Beer button on the above right!

He’ll surely appreciate it!

Dy (www.dyphan.com) May 29, 2007 at 12:09 am

thank you for sharing! I will give you my firstborn!

Philomena Ojikutu May 29, 2007 at 2:45 am

Wow, you would need Sally’s consent before he could accept that from you.

Matt - Domain Feed June 12, 2007 at 1:15 pm

yikes…didn’t expect to read that today.

Founders Cafe May 29, 2007 at 12:10 am

I can’t help but being a fan!!

Philomena Ojikutu May 29, 2007 at 3:12 am

Founders Cafe, welcome to the noble palace of king Chow. He makes everyone of us to be proud of his noble gestures and royal benevolence.

Success Online May 29, 2007 at 12:13 am

Well I guess I have my next blog topic! Very evil yet ON POINT!

mooiness May 29, 2007 at 12:22 am

Great e-book John. I especially like the history chapter. It really puts your achievements in great context, and makes them seem even more remarkable.

Two thumbs up!

Ankur May 29, 2007 at 12:23 am

Thank you John! I am still confused if you are Evil or not

Jack May 29, 2007 at 1:25 am

noh! he isn’t evil, he’s john chow.
and he has so many evil tricks, though make him like evil, but he isn’t. he is john chow.

and he has evil smile

come on people, don’t you remember to john chow each time you see this smile face

i love john chow, and i kind’a love to doing evil things, but i don’t love evil, i love john. the evil

affzan May 29, 2007 at 4:32 am

I think he’s an evil that can bring benefit to the community as well. So perhaps a good evil?

Thanks a lot John! This will shut all those scams up. Who needs to pay $97 anymore?

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 9:55 am

still evil

free ebook?
who will be reading his ebook?
his freaking readers of his blog

how does that grow his readership?

Only when you freaking readers pass this message on for him… do it sheeps, do it!

you get nothing for it.. well, you all are so used to it by now…

Go with the herd, sheep!

Spud Oregon May 29, 2007 at 10:37 am

Where’s your anti-John avatar, Michael?

Make Money Blogging May 29, 2007 at 11:51 am

lol

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 4:42 pm

Spud Oregon.
Firstly, the website JohnChowSucks.com is not mine. I happen to put it as the URL because someone commented that I am making use of this to for exposure of my own website.

I wanted to get that domain name, but someone else beats me to it.

As for the avatar, it’s a great idea. I’ll let the domain name owner know about it. Maybe I’ll even buy a coffee mug, t-shirt, mouse pad, and everything else anti-john there yah?

Vincent Chow May 29, 2007 at 12:28 am

That’s a good one. Regular readers of yours might see something they have seen before on this blog, but for others, it’s a very cool tips.

Business Blogger May 29, 2007 at 12:31 am

I just made a post addressing this topic the other day.

Internet Marketing Revealed

I agree that 99% of e-books are complete scams.
Another job well done, John.

Philomena Ojikutu May 29, 2007 at 3:30 am

Thank God for free E-Books. When Joel Comm 2 years ago, gave my husband his E-Book “AdSense: What Google Never Told You”, for free (though he sells it for $97).

It set the course of his destiny and mine ablaze, as he went on and became an AdSense stellar success.

I believe this JC E-Book on making Money with Blogging would explode many blogging careers too.

Thank you John.

website copywriter May 29, 2007 at 3:51 am

Yeah, since it’s free it’s bound to get into the hands of even the most unlikely person and they, too, could be a huge blogging success if they choose to be inspired.

Matt - Domain Feed June 12, 2007 at 1:16 pm

Indeed – everyone has to start somewhere.

InvestorBlogger May 29, 2007 at 8:15 am

You could be right – information is empowering, that’s why people try to sell it! … it makes money, it limits who has access, and it also empowers those who write the book, not necessarily those who read it!

But once the information and ideas are out there, those who truly digest it are empowered to do great things by standing on the shoulders of giants …

did i get that quote right?

website copywriter May 29, 2007 at 8:56 am

I think you used that idiom fairly well, Kenneth.

Ulchie May 29, 2007 at 12:41 am

Hey John!!! You should probably get a press release so this gets out to the media. Then it will be HUUUGGEEE.

Make Money Blogging May 29, 2007 at 11:53 am

Yeah, Harpz just wrote about using a press release in John’s blog, John should use his advice! ;)

Ravi May 29, 2007 at 12:51 am

Excellent Work John

Thanx a ton for sharing this!

Ravi (Your fan from India)

Ankur May 29, 2007 at 12:51 am

Ok, need help. I am using Firefox, can any one tell me how do i download the e-book? It simply opens when i click it.

SeanS May 29, 2007 at 1:14 am

when its open
just click ‘save a copy’
not that hard

Ankur May 29, 2007 at 2:19 am

Thanks, i am a bit nutty at times :???:

Keith Donegan May 29, 2007 at 1:06 am

Thanks a bunch John, I Just browsed over it, it looks great… Will print it our later tonight.

SeanS May 29, 2007 at 1:13 am

and you are truely evil

Kay Kastum May 29, 2007 at 1:45 am

Very cool indeed. Now I can print them out and read it while riding the train. I like your evil ways.. ha ha

Jeoru May 29, 2007 at 1:45 am

Wow, I read the e-book and it really helped me a lot. It answered some of my questions.

Thanks for this…

Rhys May 29, 2007 at 2:13 am

Evil, but I’m sure nobody would complain.

Why not try and drive google juice to this page?

alvin foo May 29, 2007 at 2:51 am

i dont think you are evil afterall it makes business sense to do so. In the current speed of internet, sharing is what make you even bigger, the more you share, the more you get.

Well to go John. I m sure the traffic that you gonna get will be more than the value of the ebook. Cheers.

website copywriter May 29, 2007 at 3:45 am

I haven’t had the chance to get a copy yet, but I’ll have it today for sure. I’ll even spread the word, that’s how genius I think this is!

ajaxus.net May 29, 2007 at 3:45 am

Hi John

thanks for the book!

later will write on my blog http://readersweb.net about it!

Thanks john!

Dj Flush May 29, 2007 at 4:16 am

John John John :D The Ebook is really great

I would like to know what software you used to make that ebook?

or did you make it in Word and convert it to PDF?

justin May 29, 2007 at 5:39 am

Yea, he used Word to create it. Then used OpenOffice to convert it into a PDF.

Technobuzz.net May 29, 2007 at 4:04 am

Interesting. Downloading it :)

Adnan May 29, 2007 at 4:26 am

Hey John. I read the eBook and I gotta say its a fantastic read. I’m glad that you didn’t add an email capture form, although that would have truly been evil  lol.

Anyway, I’ve posted a link on my blog, it deserves to be publicised ;)

Jiang May 29, 2007 at 4:34 am

You are so great, thanks!

I will try my best to translate it into Simplified Chinese :)

SEO Blog May 29, 2007 at 4:36 am

Very nice of you to give this ebook for free…but after reading only a few lines I already saw why you did that:

“Normally Kontera requires a site to have a minimum of 500.000 pageviews per month before being accepted. However I have a partnership with Kontera that will allow smaller blogs to use their contentlink service”

Lol…let’s see how many people believe this and click on your affiliate link instead of registering with Kontera directly.

I think it’s a nice idea to make some extra referrals and money but shouldn’t you tell people the truth?

“99% of those get rich quick E Books are nothing but scams. The author of those books make their money by selling you worthless information. The market is huge because there really is a sucker born every minute.”

Yeah…that’s right but actually you are doing the same thing by writing about things that are absolutely not true only to let people register through you affiliate link.

I will read the Ebook until the end and maybe dedicate it a review on my blog.

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 6:43 am

Scammer John.

He’s the real slim shady…

Influential and evil.. he will crush his competitors like a cockroach…

Haha… every minute a new sucker is born, and this sucker is going to learn about making money online with a geek who thinks he knows it all.. he’s not an internet marketing guru, why learn from him? He’s average.

Tell you what. Learn about losing weight from Rosie O Donell, will ya?

John Chow May 29, 2007 at 9:15 am

Where were you when I first wrote about the partnership on this blog? I’m sure the 600 sites that signed up are not complaining. :)

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 9:59 am

I was where I shouldn’t be now, commenting on your blog.

By the way, you sound like an idiot, when you are not making sense. What are you saying? :???:

John Chow May 29, 2007 at 1:46 pm

My reply wasn’t for you. It was for SEO Blog.

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 4:44 pm

Then make it clearer.

You should reconsider a forum for discussion you know?

David Lithman May 29, 2007 at 4:41 am

Thanks John! I’ll be reading this for sure.

Matt Jones May 29, 2007 at 4:49 am

Great stuff John – I spotted 1 typo – on page 59 it says ‘doom’ in stead of ‘doomed’

StevieB May 29, 2007 at 5:03 am

Cheers me dears, I hope your evil plan works out for you, you deserve all the success you get.

Steve's Tech Blog May 29, 2007 at 5:18 am

You bring traffic with your ebook and me I do it with my freeware.

Recently, I added a “blog” button in MIS Info Video and saw an increase in direct visit. Most of them download the software from shareware/freeware sites and don’t come to my site.

It’s a good ideal and will read your ebook

What is stopping a scammer of selling it part of a scam with many ebooks?

John Chow May 29, 2007 at 8:05 am

Nothing I guess. Scammers have no respect for copyright. It’s the same with scrapers.

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 9:56 am

just like you

A Tax Sale Investor May 29, 2007 at 5:51 am

You truly are an evil GENIUS! I am one of your disciples… and I’m putting your strategies to work in a way that’s even more evil than yours :)

But not all ebook authors are full of baloney. I recently authored an ebook on tax sale investing at http://www.taxlienresearch.com – would you take a look at the page and tell me what you think – don’t hold back on the criticism. If you do I will also let you in on a great way to market your ebook. The site just exists to sell the ebook. (I actually did that based off on reading this blog – so I thought ahead of you on this one!)

Let me add that the ebook I bought on how to write an ebook was worth it’s weight in gold, even if 85% was just pure filler. However I was able to see through all that and come up with a very valuable product in a particular niche.

I got tired of seeing novice investors make mistakes and answering really dumb questions from people who came to the auctions and didn’t really do their homework. So I put all my knowledge together and came up with my ebook. I’ve since moved paypal to my trusted friends list in my email :-)

Pierrot May 29, 2007 at 6:07 am

Great Idea

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 6:23 am

Where do you think he learnt about writing an ebook about increasing his traffic if not from an ebook he stole, or got for free from my system?

FYI, his ebook is so outdated. Well, make him more money will you? The affiliate links are all inside the ebooks.

Go follow the herd, sheep! So funny. The real suckers are his readers. Hahahaha…

Ed Lau May 29, 2007 at 8:36 am

I love how this guy is still here. What’s a thirteen letter name that’s synonymous with “bitter”?

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 10:01 am

hey. just because i comment on something, does that have to mean it was because of chow’s review???

you are the one who has not gotten over it..

ed please get over it…

i am commenting as you are. now, what is it about me, you are bitter about, that you have to keep replying to my comments?

are you another boot licker wanting a free backlink?

Marc May 29, 2007 at 10:29 am

Lol, I love this guy. I haven’t heard stuff like this since I got out of 6th grade.

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 4:46 pm

well when did you get out of 6th grade?

just yesterday? no wonder.

P.S. I am paid to behave this way online. It’s a treat for everyone. :P

Ed Lau May 29, 2007 at 6:36 pm

LOL! I love it…he basically says “I know you are but what am I!” This is the internet…you got to come up with more original flames than that for people to take you seriously.

I don’t need another free backlink. I have one on the front page and probably a hundred on this blog. John’s my RL friend and I’m his toughest critic. What has two thumbs and started the whole “John Chow is evil” campaign? This guy. Without me, no one know John punches baby pandas in the face.

Find something new to say. As it is now, you’re basically the kid who blames John for turning up the sun and melting his ice cream cone.

I mean, or not. You’re rather amusing the way you are since you’re barely eloquent enough to express yourself beyond “Yeah, well so are you!” John and I (and I’m sure the entire internet) had a good laugh about you this weekend.

Jack May 29, 2007 at 8:16 pm

yes, a big big laugh.
oh please john, keep his comments there, or evenmore, could you make his comments free moderated anyway ? lol

this is the new ide about making money from the commenting system john, make them pay to have automatically free moderated. and i hope “he” will pay for it, bcause his comments so funny,

so, can we have him as hottest reader of this month john? :)

Michael Nivola May 30, 2007 at 1:17 am

It’s not easy to be a funny man.

And I wasn’t even trying.

Ed Lau, now I know. You are no longer a boot licker, you’ve upgraded yourself to ball sucker.

Well done mate! Well done!

Storm Chaser Videographer May 29, 2007 at 6:26 am

Every day something new and more evil. Looking forward to reading your ebook.

Joseph.C May 29, 2007 at 6:50 am

Thanks Johns, you’ve change the face of the game.

Philomena Ojikutu May 29, 2007 at 1:05 pm

True, Joseph.

But the Pyramid moguls are already crying ‘blue murder’ and foul.

Matt - Domain Feed June 12, 2007 at 1:25 pm

I don’t know what’s up – but this post has so many comments and pings I can’t even see them all. The layout is broken somehow in my browser and I can’t see the bottom half of the comments.

Hamlet Batista May 29, 2007 at 6:58 am

Giving away ebooks is one of the best viral marketing strategies, but I agree with SEO Blog. Fully disclosing affiliate partnerships builds trust.

Andrew May 29, 2007 at 7:13 am

There are some great ebooks out there which are worth every penny. The problem is that people get swept up in the hype of the sales copy.

Sarat Chandran May 29, 2007 at 7:18 am

John…you are evil.

I am reading the e-book right now, and will most probably do a post about it. Can I go evil too, and request you to link to it?

Just joking. It’s a GREAT e-book.

BlastYourAss.com May 29, 2007 at 7:26 am

Well I made a comment last week and this confirms my suspicion. We are all part of the John Chow experiment and it played perfectly for John.

If you would have sold it for $97, I would have never ever come back again but since its free, you have my respect.

People may not know me now but BlastYourAss.com is going to make a mockery out of the rip offs out there and commend the noble marketers. John is still on the noble list but I am waiting for him to slip.

Think about what he is doing? Instead of just leaving comments about it. He is a master marketer for sure but I see through the smoke and mirrors guys.

I disagree with the guys that bash John because obiously he is doing something right and your asses are here commenting on it. Plus are you making money like he is? I am and and I still come here.

InvestorBlogger May 29, 2007 at 8:01 am

I’m not making money like he is… but I’m trying! Was making money before I even discovered his blog, but it wasn’t that much!

I think his blog is great, because he doesn’t let shrewd marketing obliterate his value.

Make Money Blogging May 29, 2007 at 12:00 pm

I agree with your pointing out how people are coming here to bash him even though he’s obviously succeeding. I hope I can see the same kind of success in my efforts someday.

BlastYourAss.com May 29, 2007 at 3:13 pm

If you look at what I’m saying, it’s a perfect example of how he can do and say anything and people do not really care if its legit or not.

People are like sheep and what you see right now is the herding affect and Jon’s job is to keep the sheep fed and warm. He seems to be doing a good job and all of it.

Every single post and gimmick is in a blueprint of where he is going and we are his lab mice. All he has to do is post, test and get reactions to see what is viable and what is not.

I could tell people right now and it be true that John is really is not John but an actor thats a woman and this is a big joke and people wouldn’t listen because they only believe what they want to hear. Human nature is an ugly thing sometimes. But nice when you can turn that into making money online right John?

Tony May 29, 2007 at 7:30 am

Thanks John! For giving away a free ebook of how to Make money online. I already read few pages now at my office  and the most problematic for me is the Google adsense. I don’t really quite understand about the channel stuffs. by any chance, could you show me any good link explaining the about the channel. Google doesn’t help much for me.

Tony May 29, 2007 at 7:35 am

JC – heheheh – I liked you from the moment I saw your initials – You are born under an auspicios star – let’s see if some of it is going to rub on me!

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 7:52 am

you’ll hear from my lawyer soon.
I think you’ve copied many things from Seven Day System in your ebook.

In case you’ve forgotten all the pages you god damn show to the public are copyrighted. And you caused these copyrighted information to be in the public domain.

I am going to sue you till you are broke, and I hope Sarah doesn’t blame me for it.

Kumiko May 29, 2007 at 8:14 am

Why don’t you tell us what he’s copied from Seven Day System?? Why don’t you ask him to remove those pages? Oh, that’s right…it was all written before he even looked at your site.

If there was ever a court case, I’d be more worried him taking your money for your slanderous comments!

John Chow May 29, 2007 at 8:18 am

Bring it! Oh, and maybe you should actually read the book before making a statement saying I copied you. LOL

As an aside, I can take all the comments you’ve made in my blog and sue you for slander.

For those who don’t know, Michael runs the Seven Day System, which I reviewed here. http://www.johnchow.com/seven-day-system-for-making-money-online-but-for-who/

Philomena Ojikutu May 29, 2007 at 8:35 am

just keep your cool, if he fights you, he would have to contend with your massive loyal fans, both in and out of courts, even on the streets (LOL).

Kumiko May 29, 2007 at 8:56 am

I’m calling up the homies right now!

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 9:03 am

Just because 1000 people is for somebody doesn’t make that person right.

Is hitler right? But he has millions supporting him.

Well, enough of commenting. We’ll take this in the court then.

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 8:54 am

For example, he is now recommending writing articles and submitting them into the exact same directories the system recommended, in the same order. Check that out in his book.

FYI, I read the ebook, so I know what you copied from me.

Slanderous comments? Isn’t it slanderous for him to say that the only one making money from the system is me? This is NOT A FACT. It’s falsehood. He also claimed that I sell ebooks, I don’t. I sell a package that consists of ebooks, software, scripts and many more. He has misled the readers. As for him being a selfish scrooge is written all over his own postings.

Well, just wait for the letter. I’ve already gotten my lawyer to review this case, I’ll update later. And Chow, if you think I have been slanderous, bring it on! We’ll see who has a deeper pocket, your $15k a month, or mine.

I am requesting you to apologize, and take down all those that you copied. I am giving you 48 hours. You take your chance, small fry.

Marc May 29, 2007 at 10:32 am

Lol, you think John makes 15K a month?????

Oh wow…

John, that’s slander right there. I would be downright insulted by that false statement if I were you.

Marc May 29, 2007 at 10:33 am

Oops, looks like I meant libel and not slander.

Kumiko May 29, 2007 at 5:26 pm

Hey newbie Nivola – that’s 15k a month just from his personal blog? Are you forgetting his actual business??

Michael Nivola May 30, 2007 at 1:19 am

Kumiko, don’t act like you are some Internet Yoda. Keep it down, your barking is giving me a headache.

I am saying $15K from his blog. If his real business is earning him so much more business, why isn’t he focusing on that one? Ponder.

Nivola is a newbie. But the person using the name Nivola is mistakenly not.

Jack May 30, 2007 at 1:58 am

Oh man.. i am late.
hope it’s not finished yet..
*grab my coffee hurry*

website copywriter May 29, 2007 at 9:05 am

I think libel would be the correct term in this case (slander is verbal false defamation while libel pertains to written and published public defamation). I took up a course in media law once — been very helpful so far.

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 9:29 am

Oh yes, thanks for that.
It’s libel, John.

Here’s an update. Your domain name registrar has been informed of your infringement of my copyright, on the advice of my legal aid.

He is in the process of informing your webhosting company, but I think your webhosting company, belongs to your friends or related people.

John, you’ve gone too far with infringing of copyright. You defamed me, I still could accept it. But when you do not have respect for one’s intellectual property, you have to pay for it.

Tania May 29, 2007 at 11:56 am

Didn’t another Ebook person start to sue Shoemoney? What is this – The War of Blogs vs. Ebooks? Aren’t we after the same goal – finding a better mousetrap to making money via the internet? Enough already! We are all suckers! Keep your attorneys money for your divorce trials!

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 4:49 pm

that’s a good one.

Appreciate the advice. :)

WCB Digest May 29, 2007 at 6:03 pm

John, I read the review when you posted it and it was very powerful and accurate, these people need to be stopped, injured and poor people are the ones being sucked in to give away their last few dollars in a last ditch effort to survive. Scammers get richer and the poor lose everything.

I appreciate the fact that you let this person comment, it does give you a lot of credibility and also makes some interesting and humorous reading at times. A lot of people would have blocked him from commenting. The fact that he is commenting only shows he is desperate to hurt you verbally because he has no leg to stand on legally. I also get a kick out of the fact that on his site he has posted a partial quote from you to gain publicity, very typical.

Thank you for exposing this to the world.

Michael Nivola May 30, 2007 at 1:24 am

Keep licking till it shines.

To quote from your self-absorbed comment:
“The fact that he is commenting only shows he is desperate to hurt you verbally because he has no leg to stand on legally. I also get a kick out of the fact that on his site he has posted a partial quote from you to gain publicity, very typical.

Thank you for exposing this to the world.”

Peabrain, I have made myself clear about why I am doing this. FOR GOODNESS SAKE, PLEASE R-E-A-D, don’t just SEE, READ!

I am not verbally assaulting him for reasons you cited.

Great that you visited the site, but you are not welcome. Please don’t join either. We would hate to teach dumbasses like you how to make money using the Internet. No wonder Rich Jerk has to be a jerk, there are so many idiots like you around.

Exposing this to the world? I wonder why we have over 50,000 members from all over the world still. Over 120 countries. Hmmm…. Go figure knucklehead.

Michael Nivola May 30, 2007 at 1:26 am

Correction: visitors from over 120 countries, members from over 80 countries (to be exact 83)

This could possibly be the World Record Post for the most comments coming John!

I would encourage everyone to Digg, Stumble, Book Mark and Bump this to the top of the charts!

As far as your negative response/attempt to regain exposure/be a part of the discussion about suing Mr.John Chow please leave it alone.

“Don’t Speak About It, BE ABOUT IT” – me

Save us all the agony of being annoyed by your remarks.

Prove it in court then not on this blog!

Mission Accomplished John! When are you going to pop by my blog so I can get a screen shot of ya? Join in the conversation would ya?

How was that beer?

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 9:01 am

you are a sad excuse for a boot licker.

I don’t care for the exposure. I am here till Chow eat his words. He’s a loser for all I care. He’s a liar.

You don’t have to visit the site if you don’t want to. I only entered my information only once, and it’s saved in a cookie, and submits it along when I comment on it. I’ve changed it finally, happy?

It’s more upsetting to read about creatures like you, ed lau, and others related to him, sucking up to him. Keep on sucking up to him.

I’ll get his blog down with a lawsuit.

you all enjoy such controversy right? well, then you all are welcome.

Breaching copyrights is just going too far.

Success Online May 29, 2007 at 9:12 am

Ok, thank you for that. A true statement of your character. A short temper with a need to retaliate will not do anyone any good right “boot lickers”?

Success is contagious my friend. So is being negative. Would it make better sense for me to look at a blogger with the lowest possible alexa score, who knows nothing about creating an online following, and who earns NOTHING? How about we all just get our information from there?

Oh wait, was there not a review recently about a certain 168 hours of marketing that would make YOU instantly rich. How about we just claim that as the ultimate solution and get our advice and ideas from there?

I wish you much success with your journey online and would find your passion rather than taking a stand in something you claim to be passionate about. If you truly want to help others make money online then stay focused on the things that will get you there.

Responding to “boot lickers” like me will most likely not move you closer to your goals.

Oh by the way, Good Luck!

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 9:36 am

Hey, I take all comments about my system and myself, and my people seriously.

In this virtual world, truths can be untruths, and untruths can be truths.

You are trying to cross the line with this one. I have to speak up.

Because I am making money even without being there myself, I can afford to do this to uphold my image, my system, my people. I will not allow people like you, no matter how small you think you are, to say negative things about me, my system or my people. When you are online, do you think people really try to find out about you before they judge what others write?

The same for your case. Thank you for pointing that out. Everyone matters online.

Yes, I am helping people to earn money online. Chow is not generating revenues to give back to you guys. The system we created generate revenues, and return this back to you. Who doesn’t know about adsense earnings? Who doesn’t know about the blogging profits? Who doesn’t know?

what’s more crucial is about getting traffic. There’s no point to have a great blog, but no one is reading it.

But hey for your information, I am doing this with a partner. This new project is nothing for me. I’ve had my share of Internet Money, this project is for my partner who have asked me to joint venture it with him. He wants to help others make money.

I certainly won’t help you make money. Because you twist words, and boot lick a person who steals ideas.

And yes, good luck to you on your journey. Good luck.

Success Online May 29, 2007 at 9:52 am

Well I suppose there was no better way to introduce ourselves to one another than through the power of written words. Maybe taking the comments not so seriously will be a better option?

Truths are really what you believe. I believe you should appear before the mirror and make sure you know who you are. Just my opinion. I get that John has pissed you off. Agreed. So if you want to spend your time defending something you believe in all the power to you.

I would encourage everyone to learn more about the person online. Call them. Email them and by all means “THINK” about things before you do or say anything. You can never take them back alot of times. I see it everyday.

I did not know anything about those programs at first. Forgive people for their ignorance rather than boast about the knowledge you “think” people have or do not. Keep trying to share what YOU believe will help them and hey you might just become successful at it right?

John has never claimed to give back revenues to me. Ever. I have yet to even meet John in person. Yet. We have alot to discuss up here in Canada.

I think traffic is important. My site is new and hey it might just be read by some people who NEED to read it. Maybe someone can tell me a story some day about how my words and daily actions to write helped them. Maybe not. Everyone has their opinion right? What legacy are we leaving and are we creating something worthy of following? I would ask you to think about it to yourself.

I hope you do help your partner but the spotlight seems to be on you right now for little bit.

Congratulations on your recent successes. Which line is crossed please help me understand a bit more?

It’s my skill to be able to twist words now isn’t it. I never recalled asking you for any help to earn money online.

As always thank you and much success!

(I love the taste of leather*)

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 10:06 am

I think I will like you as a real person.

Well sorry. I think I just get fed up of genuine boot lickers.

But you seem to be a genuinely nice guy.

Well, I am different to different people.

He started this. And I will not stop until the truth gets out to everyone. To me, he has poisoned the minds of his readers to a certain extent.

But hey, I think you are a great chap, now that we’ve “chatted” a little.

The next time I am in Canada, I will send you a comment in your blog. Then, we can sit down, and see how down to earth we all are.

Nice blog. And I like your idea of your blog. Take care. :)

Success Online May 29, 2007 at 10:27 am

I choose NOT to be somebody I am not. It easier to be me all the time.

Consistent all the time unless I tell you I’m acting of course (did you hear that Hollywood this guy can act too).

It annoys the heck out of some people too but oh well such is life right?

It is suggested that to be successful we remain consistent in the dark as we are when we are in the light of people.

Be the same no matter who you are with or where you are.

I am glad you like the website.

Stick with your goals to defend your name if you choose but it might not be something that is filling you up with positive energy. Stress is not good unless its moving you closer to your objectives.

Have you heard of Earl Nightengale?
“You Become What You Think About” –
I would guess that some of us right now are thinking about blogging so we must all be Blogs right now, maybe even John Chow if your thinking about him, heck if your thinking about women then your that too.

You might just want to let this go and move into your next task. Put your effort. John is a Jedi in my opinion.

How can you learn from this? Is there a way to turn this into an opportunity? The problem is there is alot of things said that you can never take back. You can read more on that later everyone.

John, though we have never met understands success heck he is now my most loyal reader right John?

Earth is a great place.

“World Record Post for the most comments”?!

Internet Google Whores had 277 as at the last time I checked! While Markus Frind’s $900,000 Google AdSense Check has gathered 274 comments.

So, that world record must surpass these to over 300 comments.

Philomena Ojikutu May 29, 2007 at 10:44 am

We may be getting there! Over 140 comments so far, in just 8 hours! By tomorrow, this may hit 250 comments and by Friday, it may break the two records mentioned above.

Nivola’s controversy would certainly get us there.

Hey Thanks for the ebook, love it! it has a Catcher in the Rye feel to it! :-)

Jay May 29, 2007 at 10:24 am

Sorry John, but to be considered evil (or even clever), an idea should have a semblance of originality. Free ebooks for driving traffic to a site might not be as old as the hills, but it’s pretty close.

Make Money Blogging May 29, 2007 at 12:02 pm

Just because the idea is old doesn’t mean people won’t come running for a free copy, though.

BlastYourAss.com May 29, 2007 at 10:47 am

You are all feeding his evil plan  and it’s amusing that like me, we keep doing it.

This free ebook will turn into a $30 complete book on amazon and be a best seller and he’ll truly be a dot com mogul.

Can’t you see what blastyourass.com sees? He will be rich off of johnchow.com as an intellectual property, a commodity.

I’m the first to post this and my name is Moe. I’m studying you guys make posts and feed his fire and bank account.

Look at his income and how it has compounded. He is using the traffic and testing money making ideas on us lab rats. We take the cheese everytime

From 2 grand to 4k to 8 now 12k. He will level out here until he finds the one intellecual property that he will own that will multiply that by 10. What is it? buy me a beer? adsense?
IT’S A BOOK people that the every day American will read and now will know who johnchow.com is and thus, MORE TRAFFIC FOR GOOD OLE JOHN!

My name is Moe, i can’t spell well, I curse alot and I am an internet prophet. Thank you.

Funny, I was just talking to another blogger about how much money you could make if you wrote an ebook and sold it for $10.

In fact, I made a post this morning on my blog about how adding an eBook to your blog can increase its earnings.

But a FREE eBook…you’re so Evil…

 Don

Johan Cyprich May 29, 2007 at 12:38 pm

Hi John. Thanks for the outstanding book. I’ll post a glowing review on it on my web site. You could definitely make money on this, i.e. buy the book for $99.97 with 4 easy payments. :) Why the .97? This is a trick that Walmart uses to make their prices look cheaper since most people are used to seeing .95 and .99.

I’m looking forward to your next book after this, “How I Went From $10,000+ a Month To $100,000 a Month By Blogging and How You Can Too”.

The Wars of Ebooks vs Blogs
May 29th, 2007
I have been following a few blogs now who teach you how to make money online and I have noticed a certain trend.

There a few A-Blogs that make a huge sum of money with similar techniques like the Online Ebooks. There is a major difference though – the fans of the Blogs are much quicker to spread the word around .The several A-blog listers are on top of new media empires – it will be only just a few more months till they can stay objective. The lawsuits are coming. Shoemoney is getting sued by a certain eBook specialist for a bad review about the sale of his online business. Being rich and famous is the opposite of being objective here. Too bad though! On the other hand it makes me so happy that I can say whatever I want since no one reads my blog anyway! Heheheh!

Another big question is who has copywright of the Blog comments???? I guess will find out about that soon.

Here is part of the fight:

John Chow had posted unfavourable review on his blog about Michaels Ebook system. Now JC has released a free Ebook and Michael is about to sue him.

Michael Nivola May 29, 2007 at 4:54 pm

I just read your blog.

good observation.

Don@AffiliateWatcher May 30, 2007 at 4:11 am

My money says neither has legs and will go nowhere.

If either party had an Attorney, the first thing the Attorney would tell them is to shut their traps.

That’s one way you can always spot the person who is just running off at the mouth about suing, they just keep running off.

You’re a genius John. Hope you send all those evil ebook sellers to purgatory

John , you need a new tab : Get the E-book.

I have mixed feelings about your stance , because 99% of all E-Books are not about making money online scheme or scam. E-Book are used for the sharing of knowledge in a Book format without the uses of papers. You paint a bad picture over an industry that is not just about scamming people due to one of there more visible and vocal segments.

If you want to be complete you need to start making a list/review of E-Book review and inform your reader about the good one and bad one. Because , in my opinion , you need to make the distinction between the scam and the informative worthwile E-Book and Book like for example Aaron Wall’s SEO Book.

I liken the free e-book move to a great business strategy. You figured out how to use your user base to great advantage.

Great job!
