First time in my life … I am the first commentator on any post at JC. I have too many ecs and not using them … I am hoping John that you will update us with how all of your advertising technqiues like this worked out for your campaign.

abdul July 8, 2008 at 11:40 pm

Too bad people outside Us can’t participate in this, by the way I am also running an entrecard contest which is open for peple all around the world, you can view my blog which is 3arn.net to participate!

Omar Abid July 9, 2008 at 3:36 am

The one making money won’t tell you how you can make it

Thorsten July 15, 2008 at 1:09 pm

It’s funny, but I always found that once you help other people get wealthy it’s almost certain you end up wealthy as well. hmmm

OC Golf Course July 9, 2008 at 2:20 pm

Why don’t you sell your EC credits on ebay?

TYCP Entertainment Magazine July 9, 2008 at 5:24 pm

On eBay? Wow, people will seriously buy anything on there! Then again, I remember when Jay Leno showed that a peanut butter sandwich had been sold for at least a million. No joke.

Austin(Cowsgonemadd3) July 10, 2008 at 5:45 pm

Yeah but then people link to it and the company that bought it probably got more than a million worth of free traffic. Its for publicity when people do things like that and it usually works well.

mr nice guy July 8, 2008 at 9:45 pm

It seems it’s a pretty good offer John. I’m going to see what I can do for this offer

Gary R. Hess July 8, 2008 at 9:52 pm

Geez. How much money are you making off of this one, John?

Make Money Talks July 9, 2008 at 6:26 am

More than you can think :)

Thorsten July 15, 2008 at 1:15 pm

as much as people are willing to pay for it. Isn’t it always about supply and demand?

fas July 8, 2008 at 9:52 pm

Seems quite tempting, will give it a try.

Sherry July 8, 2008 at 9:55 pm

wow.. this is nice. Might give a try.

Michelle Gartner July 8, 2008 at 10:05 pm

That’s pretty cool since I signed up for them only yesterday.
I am finding Entrecard addictive…

Gerard July 8, 2008 at 10:11 pm

Pretty good offer indeed. Lemme check it out.

CreatingRevenueOnline.com July 8, 2008 at 10:18 pm

Now maybe I will be able to get my ad on your site now. It takes about 5000. lol

Popular Wealth July 8, 2008 at 10:18 pm

I’d bite… if I could pay for those items with credits instead of cash.

(and you were giving out cash instead of credits of course :p)

mxyzplk July 8, 2008 at 10:22 pm

aaaaaaarghh too bad john… I really want to get that credit but… my provider block your link… :(

Tom July 8, 2008 at 10:31 pm

Is that Google link supposed to be for something called “Webfetti”?

AffiliateObsession July 10, 2008 at 9:42 am

You aren’t getting the right link because you are not in the US.

Millie July 8, 2008 at 10:33 pm

CPA offers…

LOL

Ganesh July 8, 2008 at 10:40 pm

Those links don’t work. They are pointing to some website called Webfetti. Wondering how much money you get by doing this.

John Chow July 8, 2008 at 10:49 pm

The offer is US only. If you are not in the US, you’ll get some Webfetti ad

Syed Balkhi July 8, 2008 at 11:24 pm

how many of your readers are from U.S John ? Just looking to get a general idea.

John Chow July 8, 2008 at 11:59 pm

Something like 75%

OC Golf Course July 9, 2008 at 2:24 pm

Why don’t you try to redirect it to your own page? Your can get write a php script in your redirect file to filter people out first before your offers take over.

At least you can tell them that you are out of the US too so you can’t really verify where the US people are being pointed to

Anita July 9, 2008 at 7:32 pm

Or at least write a disclaimer “for US residents only”… that way you won’t create bad blood for wasting 25% of your visitors’ time.

:-)
A

Austin(Cowsgonemadd3) July 10, 2008 at 5:44 pm

I thought that was in the post?

Thorsten July 15, 2008 at 1:10 pm

yeah, it’s too bad about that restriction, but the post did mention it.

ucilelek July 8, 2008 at 10:54 pm

nice.. i want entrecard credit too…

Eric - InfiniteWebProfit July 8, 2008 at 10:56 pm

arrrrhg  ….I love to join and complete all the offers, but sadly  all of these are good only for US readers.

Nur Sarah Lam July 8, 2008 at 11:17 pm

Hi John, this is the first time I post here. I am an Entrecard user and unfortunately I can’t benefit from the offers you stated in your posts..Anyway, keep on updating us about the latest happenings in the blogging world.

peterahon July 8, 2008 at 11:29 pm

ooohh so it is not a worldwide offer… hmmmm…

titan July 8, 2008 at 11:47 pm

hoho..its really hard to make you buy add in my entrecard.
anyway, its really a nice offer.

Bro Alex July 8, 2008 at 11:56 pm

Those credits would be great for sale, they are worth around 30$, but since I am not from US.. I`ve spent over 10,000 EC in one week, and got around 600 UV on my blog, so you can be better of advertising somewhere else, Entrecard will only bring some bounce traffic, nobody can be happy about that.

kahoongchai July 9, 2008 at 12:14 am

this offer for US reader only ??

hirfan July 9, 2008 at 12:18 am

cool,i need more entrecard credits,thanx

Amir Ahmad | MindValley Labs July 9, 2008 at 12:23 am

Pretty interesting stuff.

irina zubir July 9, 2008 at 12:40 am

interesting stuff, but I wish I can join too.

too bad only for Us reader only.

Jena Isle July 9, 2008 at 12:44 am

I hope they could also offer these to non US users.
I’m sure many share my sentiment.
Thanks.

Jena Isle July 9, 2008 at 12:47 am

I hope this will be available also for non US users.

John Sullivan July 9, 2008 at 1:17 am

I’m on it Thanks

Dito July 9, 2008 at 1:31 am

Thanks mr John for telling us about your offer. I will join now :D

Melvin July 9, 2008 at 1:35 am

Hey chow! this is incentive marketing at its best… ;-) good luck!

Affiliate Confession July 10, 2008 at 6:28 am

Yes, pretty good incentives. I’m sure he’ll make a bundle off them.

Carnival of Making Money Online July 10, 2008 at 6:29 pm

Especially because the payout is monopoly money

r1ooooo July 9, 2008 at 2:18 am

arghhh…i’m outside U.S

Andrei Buiu July 9, 2008 at 2:36 am

John, I would gladly help you…but I’m not US… count on me though if you have international offers.
Black hat question: can I complete the offers using an US VPN?

bonoriau July 9, 2008 at 3:01 am

John, I really have to learn how U advertise your blog

kahoongchai July 9, 2008 at 7:56 am

me too ! John Chow have many many + many readers everyday..

Brian Hawkins July 9, 2008 at 4:04 am

Nice teamwork with Entrecard. I’ve never been a big believer in completing surveys for cash. I always considered it an some kind of scam. I’ll have to take another look at it. Do you complete surveys?

Techie Zone July 9, 2008 at 4:55 am

No where in the post it is mentioned that the offer is for US. If it is like that is JC.com is being read by only US ppl. Its all BS. I see a webfetti website.

stuffgirlslike July 9, 2008 at 4:59 am

That is a shame, offer is us only?

Affiliate Money Making July 9, 2008 at 5:02 am

I plan to do almost same with a high converting CPA network too.
Wonder many “make money online” people registers for them?

Paul July 9, 2008 at 6:03 am

Is this from Market Leverage or Pepperjam?

Collin LaHay July 9, 2008 at 7:22 am

ML and a private offer from Azoogle.

Nasrun July 9, 2008 at 6:04 am

Just for US only?

Crissy July 9, 2008 at 6:10 am

Hi JC  Great advertising strategy.. Thanks for the offer but not qualified.. not from the US.. more power

Crissy July 9, 2008 at 6:21 am

Hi  not qualified on the offer.. not US..

Lady Rose July 9, 2008 at 6:41 am

It takes more like 45 minutes to an hour – but did them all. I did not get a reciept from the Goodle SEO Supervisor though – so not sure how I can prove that I paid for it. It did take me to a page I could print out – so I could fax it I suppose.

Will get the other emails forwarded.

Start Blogging July 9, 2008 at 7:22 am

Haha, nice John. Team XYZ definitely needs help, maybe this’ll work.

kellex July 9, 2008 at 7:31 am

Wow…can we get any shadier? Why not throw in a XBOX 360 Elite as long as you complete 10 more offers!

Andy Crofford July 9, 2008 at 8:20 am

I don’t think it is shady at all. He is trying to win a game, we all know that.

TYCP Entertainment Magazine July 9, 2008 at 7:46 pm

I don’t see how this is shady?

Carnival of Making Money Online July 10, 2008 at 6:31 pm

Not as shady as “you may already be a winner”

chetan July 9, 2008 at 7:40 am

Not for people outside India?

Carl - BeABetterBlogger July 9, 2008 at 8:00 am

That’s a clever way to earn by offering incentives. Use Entrecard credits!

That’ll earn quite a bit :)

Paul Baines July 9, 2008 at 8:09 am

Can’t seem to use the links, I’m in the UK, ah well all advertising sucks anyway  lol.

The Linkback Project July 9, 2008 at 8:15 am

OyVey… EC’s are a dime a dozen.

Chris Jacobson July 9, 2008 at 8:28 am

You forgot to mention the fine print, John. Each of these offers require a credit card that will be charged substantially more than you’re aware of if you don’t cancel the offer within a few days.

I found out the hard way when a free trial of Netflix ended up costing me $50!!!

Austin(Cowsgonemadd3) July 10, 2008 at 5:40 pm

Yeah dont forget that. I think thats why a lot of people dont want to do the offers.

bm July 9, 2008 at 8:31 am

wow cool!

devil blogger July 9, 2008 at 8:50 am

nice offer! too bad i’m not american.. HUHU

Vick July 9, 2008 at 12:20 pm

OC Golf Course July 9, 2008 at 2:28 pm

Wow I can’t believe there are that many non-US people…

whataboutblog July 9, 2008 at 2:42 pm

Neat contest. Too bad I’m not in the US. Maybe you should have one for the Canadians sometime. :)

KnowYourKcals.com/blog July 9, 2008 at 4:28 pm

As a new blogger and website creator this is awesome, thanks for the offer John. About how many offers like this can I expect per month?

Austin(Cowsgonemadd3) July 10, 2008 at 5:38 pm

He seems to post several good offers each month. Maybe not the same but lots of goodies on this blog.

SM July 9, 2008 at 5:01 pm

Wow…Why I was born outside USA? John, you should open to ALL country…

Jane July 9, 2008 at 5:22 pm

Shame I cant enter :( Im in Australia..

Dhyarga July 9, 2008 at 6:36 pm

Hmmm…is not working john….Only US reader…

TYCP Entertainment Magazine July 9, 2008 at 7:49 pm

I want $5 every time someone asks if you have to live in the US even though John clearly stated that this is only for US readers.

jerla July 9, 2008 at 8:12 pm

hi there sounds like a great idea here :)

Germz July 9, 2008 at 8:29 pm

Or you could simply use my entrecard credit generator lol.

Carnival of Making Money Online July 10, 2008 at 6:35 pm

There is also the ancient powerdropping.com and fastdrops.com, but people are afraid of those now.

Nina July 9, 2008 at 8:50 pm

Awww great idea but too bad for US readers only :(

Dhyarga July 9, 2008 at 8:55 pm

Hmmm… Only working US reader….

offendedblogger July 9, 2008 at 10:27 pm

Ooooh that is way too much work, I’d rather earn EC credits the old fashioned way ~ buy them! :p

Austin(Cowsgonemadd3) July 10, 2008 at 5:36 pm

Suit yourself…

Thorsten July 15, 2008 at 1:13 pm

you can’t argue with a price tag of ‘free’, or can you?

Jared Stenzel July 10, 2008 at 12:00 am

Nice work getting a way for the EC beginners to get some quick credits. Only problem I have with this is one of your listed offers. Fusion cash doesn’t pay out what you earn. They’re a scam…

Gemini July 10, 2008 at 1:09 am

I am feeling bad… Why this is restricted only for US people??? I think I lost a brilliant chance to earn a few credits… :(

Austin(Cowsgonemadd3) July 10, 2008 at 5:35 pm

I wonder why its only for the USA?

tambenk July 10, 2008 at 1:09 am

Well..it’s sad because i can participate to race 5000 ec…
please make it for worldwide so people outside US could be participate to win some credits…

bleuken July 10, 2008 at 1:56 am

I’ll try this one my website is still new and I need a lot of EC to promote it. Maybe this evening I’ll start with the offers. got to rush!

Greener Pastures July 10, 2008 at 4:28 am

Hi John,
I signed up for Fusion Cash. How do I go about getting the 300 credits?

Thanks for the great offer!
Lisa Spinelli

Greener Pastures July 10, 2008 at 4:31 am

PS I also signed up for the fast web scholarship one.

Thanks, again
Lisa

Jonk July 10, 2008 at 6:40 am

Getting redirected to some ridiculous deals. Which I was an American right now.

Online Dividends July 10, 2008 at 8:42 am

The problem with EC credits is that you can’t convert them to dollars/cents. You can onyl advertise on other people’s blogs. And another peoblem is that nobody clicks on entrecards.

Austin(Cowsgonemadd3) July 10, 2008 at 5:33 pm

The conversion would be the value of the ad on this blog, you do not have to pay for it.

funny t shirts July 10, 2008 at 9:11 am

Great offer. be on the look out for http://www.wizeguyztees.com/blog coming to your e card spot soon.

another great offer from the Grandfather of blogs.

bohora July 10, 2008 at 9:34 am

eh would be cool if that supposed to be for asian peoples too :P

fas July 10, 2008 at 11:31 am

Well EC is just a way of increasing site traffic thats it, not about getting quality visitors but quantity.

Austin(Cowsgonemadd3) July 10, 2008 at 5:32 pm

Not necessarily, this blog could send good visitors.

Forumistan July 10, 2008 at 12:51 pm

Naah, I am not from US…. :???:

scott July 10, 2008 at 5:00 pm

ok, i joined a few…how do i get the credits? help!!!!

Austin(Cowsgonemadd3) July 10, 2008 at 5:31 pm

It may take a while but its worth it I bet.
How much is a spot worth on this blog? Or how much does it cost?

Zak Show July 10, 2008 at 5:55 pm

Yep everybody, good offer & awsome strategy Chow. You can win another 1000 EC here:
http://www.zakshow.com/2008/07/09/earn-an-easy-1000-entrecard-credit/

Mike Huang July 10, 2008 at 6:14 pm

John should be earning about $20+ for everyone that does all those offers. That last offer alone should be paying him about $15+…

-Mike

Matt Ellsworth July 11, 2008 at 6:32 am

great use of CPA offers that allow you to use incentivized traffic.

amei79 July 11, 2008 at 6:37 am

Im not really familiar with Entrecard, those credits earnt, besides put ad in other blogs, what else can we do with this credits? and im still studying how to put an ad on other blog…:p

Thorsten July 15, 2008 at 1:06 pm

John, are you planning to have a similar deal for Canadian readers at some time?

Geiger July 22, 2008 at 5:22 am

Sounds like somebody has a fire lit under his butt after the Top Affiliate Challenge.

heddy July 24, 2008 at 10:23 am

ok bro..i wanna try for got that..wish me..
