Miscellaneous Ramblings – 9/11/2007

Remembering 9/11

Six years ago, terrorists attacked the United States of America by hijacking commercial jets and flying them into the World Trade Center. Please take some time in remembering the 2,700+ victims of this horrific attack and say a prayer for all the families who have lost loved ones. We also want to thank all the brave firefighters who risked their lives to save others and still suffer from respiratory problems to this day. God bless America.

3 Ways Your Blog Can Get You a Hot Date

While I use my blog to make money online, others are using it to get a hot date. Romance Tracker has a post on three ways to do just that. Method number three is: Monetize your blog so you can actually afford to buy someone dinner. Very good advice!

$10,000 in Earnings with NeverBlueAds

Zac Johnson has posted his affiliate earnings from NeverBlueAds and they are impressive to say the least. Zac started using NeverBlueAds in April and pulled down $1,950 that month. By August that number had increased to $10,818! Great going Zac!

Tim Schroeder of eMonetized.com also posted an August earning and traffic recap. Well, it’s mostly a traffic recap.

    Darin 👿

    1. Hahah, you can bet on that.

Tho Sally is dancing almost better than my older brother 😳

    2. I hope he wants it to smash! Urgh!

  2. Zac Johnson says:

Thanks for the link back, much appreciated! I will be posting this week on how the 125×125 ad spot on your site is performing as well!

    1. Great results Zac. What a star 🙂

    2. That’ll make very interesting reading 🙂

    3. I’m sure I replied to this, but it’s not here 🙁

I said it’d make interesting reading, seeing how the ads done 😀

      1. My comments have all appeared now – might be that John needs to approve first-time names? Anyway, sorry for the dupe comment!

    4. Googlelady says:

Congratulations Zac your screenshot really made me to try them out. Let’s see how it will work with me.

  3. Very impressed with Zac’s earnings from Neverblue Ads. These are figures I can only dream about at the moment. This is yet another resource that I did not know about so thanks to you and Zac for drawing my attention to it.

  4. Aditya says:

Yes, was just watching the program in New york and prayers by George Bush. Sad incident

  5. Michael Kwan says:

That’s not Disco Ed. It’s Tunak Tunak!

      1. Ed Lau says:

Google Tunak Tunak and you’ll understand.

  6. Thanks for the information on NeverBlueAds – I had only heard of them briefly but with strong results like this it certainly is intriguing. One important thing that Zak speaks about is that these earnings did not come out of nowhere. He already had a network of sites that he could optimize these ads for. I personally need to stop myself from thinking that it I sign up for a program it will work for me because it worked for someone else. Zak was bang on when he says that it takes work to get these results!

    Thanks Zak.

  7. Sorry Zac – I see I spelled your name with a K instead of a C – my apologies.

  8. test…

Seems my comments aren’t posting 🙁

  9. Test…

    Comments not appearing :/

    1. Damn – looks like if I use “Danny @ Blogs For Money” my comment gets thrown away (or maybe moderated??)

  10. KiwiPulse says:

Amen. They hate us for our capitalism…they don’t like people like us being able to make our lives better. Never forget!

  12. MyBlogCotest says:

    Thanks for great info.

  13. Ebay_Tips says:

I’d take the hot date over the iphone. or…. 🙄

  14. Click Input says:

I still need to enter the iPhone contest. Thanks for the heads up!

  15. I like that neverblue stats. 🙂 But he claims that he is getting around 30-40k visitors per day from organic search, so it’s not that easy to get it.

    1. Zac Johnson says:

The $3k jump from July to August was mainly due to starting up in the PPC market. You can start earning a decent amount in this area if you try a few offers and continue to monetize the ones that work.

  16. Alopecia says:

First of all I would pray to god to bless all the families who survived the 9/11 and give them courage to overcome the trauma.

I just loved the baby in the flick. He is sooooooo cute.

  17. SpeedyVista says:

anyone else having luck with neverblueads? Ive frankly never heard of them, and its hard to imagine such good payouts using a company whose ‘featured’ advertisers are pretty small scale.

oh well shows what i know. Can’t argue with 10k/mo

  18. Googlelady says:

Hey John keep coming those videos with ED he is really a funny guy 😆
