MoneyCMS Online Toolset for Internet Marketing Professionals

Don’t put all your eggs in one basket. It’s a saying that you’ll hear across many different spheres. In investment, it doesn’t make a lot of sense to put all your money into the same stock, just as going to roulette table and putting all of your chips on a single number might not be the smartest thing to do. The same idea applies to Internet marketing too.

You could start with just one or two websites, but eventually you’ll want to diversify. The trouble, though, is trying to keep track of all your different domains, design templates, monetization schemes and so forth. Given you an “advanced and solid tool for domain management and monetization” is MoneyCMS, the product that serves as the subject of today’s review. Let’s see what it can do.

Beyond Domain Management with MoneyCMS

You have likely come across a wide range of Internet marketing tools in your day. There are some that focus on cloaking your affiliate links, for example, while others aim to be robust ad management platforms. MoneyCMS is designed to replace many of these, offering you the same functionality in one cohesive package.

That’s the idea and that is why the feature list is so extensive. If you’re expecting a simple and straightforward tool that only does one or two things, MoneyCMS isn’t for you. It’s a complex platform for serious Internet marketers.

You can use MoneyCMS to create and manage multiple domains and subdomains, making changes to multiple domains all in one place. You’ll also find content automation with on-the-fly content spinning, on-the-fly HTML source code elements spinning, and the ability to import articles from KnowledgeMarket.net directly. And yes, there is cloaking in there too, as well as an ad manager, leads manager, template randomizer, and several built-in squeeze page templates.

A Look at the User Dashboard

The good news is that the dashboard for MoneyCMS doesn’t look all that intimidating. The bad news is that you will likely need to spend quite a bit of time with the supporting documentation to really understand how to use it.

You can go ahead and see it for yourself through the live demo. The embedded video on that page is a good start, but getting into the full demo is much more telling. You’ll find the login information for that about halfway through the live demo page. This will give you full access to the administration panel on the test installation.

From there, you can see the dashboard as shown above. The core navigation is done through the pull-down menus toward the top of the page, each of which can push you through sub-menus for additional options and features. This can get very complicated, since you need to follow a certain procedure to accomplish specific goals.

Handling Hundreds of Websites

Let’s say that you want to set up dozens, if not hundreds, of domains that all surround a particular niche. It can be a pain to set each of these up individually, loading them with unique content in the aim of having a family of micro-sites for Adsense or affiliate marketing. Thankfully, MoneyCMS gets you around that hurdle.

This is just one example of how you can use MoneyCMS, but here is the screenshot where you can add multiple domains. In the demo video, he was adding literally hundreds of domains to the system. Here, you can see that you add one domain per line and every domain provided can be given the same core information. You can then use those domains a variety of different ways with spun content, spun ads, and so on.

How Much Does It Cost?

There is definitely some value to be gained through MoneyCMS. It can do many different things for all the Internet marketers in the audience. I’m not a fan of the auto-playing videos on several pages on the site, but the product itself looks promising.

You can give MoneyCMS a try with the 30-day trial for $9.95. That gives you access to the MoneyCMS platform, as well as access to the membership area for supplementary downloads and resources. After the 30 days are up, you will be charged $97 per month to maintain your access. If you’re not satisfied in the first 60 days, you can take advantage of the money back guarantee.

It looks like it’d be quite useful and powerful, though I’m struggling to understand how it actually works.

It uses the phrase “create domains”, so this begs the question is it buying domains, or are you entering domains you bought already? Or, is it more of a hosting solution, or do you install it on each domain so that it can gain control?

Guess I should watch that video now.

    1. Kevin Kimes says:

I get what this is doing now.

For anyone already successful in any area of online business, looking to diversify more, this is a great way to do it. And almost everyone needs to diversify more.

This kind of tool might be totally foreign, though, to people coming form the blogging side of the industry.

For anyone who also recognizes what this is doing, don’t be afraid of Panda 2.2 making it less effective, this can still be very useful for non-SEO business models, as well as SEO on 2nd tier search engines.

      1. I was just about to ask about the new Panda release coming out. You don’t think Panda 2.2 will knock you down for the automated content?

        1. Kevin Kimes says:

I think Panda 2.2 might effect some of what this tool does, but it can still be used successfully because 1) Google is not the only game in town 2) this seems useful for other stuff than just SEO.

        Hi Kevin,

Thank you for spending your time learning one of the main concept of MoneyCMS.

For people who understand the concept of investing into domains, even for hand-registered new domains, making the registration cost and the shared server hosting cost back is not hard at all.

MoneyCMS is a domain management tool, and, of course, if you are inter-linking your domains in attempt to “manipulate” search engine algorithms for better rankings, there is always, always a risk and it all depends on how you do it.

However, MoneyCMS does allow you to manage domains hosted on different servers in one place. You can setup domains as “proxy domains” and manage them all together.

Because of the power of domain management, the support of Proxy Domains, and link network manager, many of the major domainers who used the system use MoneyCMS to create link schemes or even selling “link wheel services”

With that said, MoneyCMS is an all-in-one tool and there is literally countless possibilities of methods that can be used with it.

For example, there are affiliate marketers who use MoneyCMS to create and test landing pages. (training video pages are powered by MoneyCMS: http://training.moneycms.com/exclusive/?offer=affiliatemodeldomains)

There are affiliates who create links to geographically redirect visitors and track stats.

There are bloggers and forum webmasters who use MoneyCMS to serve advertisements and track stats.

There are domainers who geographically redirect “typo” traffic through “redirect model domains” and track stats.

If you are a blogger and blog for fun, then MoneyCMS won’t be of any use to you. But if you are a blogger and treat your blog like a business and market to your audience, then MoneyCMS can help you out, especially if you do affiliate marketing on the side.

But yes, the potential of MoneyCMS is more geared towards to Internet Marketers who invest in domains (Like me, which is why I built it).

Thanks for the additional overview, Aaron. It looks like this should be useful for anyone who considers their self an Internet entrepreneur. If it goes over your head, then first go learn the methods that it’s useful for and buy it later when it’s understandable. 🙂

    2. You’d have to be a pretty big operation to need this.

      1. Aaron Lee says:

        Hi!

        Thank you for your input.

MoneyCMS is suitable for Internet Marketers at all levels since it’s domain monetization features are not limited to MoneyCMS powered websites only.

But you are correct, you’d need to be a domainer to get the most out of MoneyCMS, which covers both Domain Management and Domain Monetization.

I am a domainer who owns over 800 domains and I operate them with ease solely.

        Aaron

  2. Certainly these are for biggies with 100+ websites. i am sure amount of time which this tool will save will be huge.

    1. Well, maybe someone with 99 sites might need it too?

      1. Kevin Kimes says:

It could even be useful for a person with “merely” a dozen or so domains as well. It’s not hard to rack up a dozen or so domains in this business, even if domains are not your focus at all.

  3. Darryl Tott says:

Having read the article and reviewed the site I see that this consolidates many other services that we you may/may not use in your online business.

There are benefits in these services by allowing centralized control, however the only benefit comes through improving your efficiency and workflow. If already you are comfortable with your custom workflow through utilizing multiple services and you have strong control/tracking of your domains then I do not see how this would benefit you day to day affiliate/web based business.

Additionally on review of their demo site there are no sites it manages. It is therefore difficult to gauge the insights, data, usability and business fit. $9.95 is not a lot to trial the service, however I believe it would be better to offer a free trail as an incentive to those on the fence in their decision to use the service or not.

    1. Aaron Lee says:

      Hi Darryl,

      Thank you for your input.

You are right. For affiliate marketers who are already comfortable with their current workflow then there’s not much MoneyCMS will be able to do for them.

MoneyCMS focuses on 2 things – Domain Management and Domain Monetization. For affiliates who are comfortable with their current workflow on monetization aspects of their landing pages and domains, that is absolutely understandable.

If you are ever thinking about investing in domains and have a scalable solution to manage your domains in addition to your affiliate marketing venture, then I recommend you giving MoneyCMS a try. Most domainers who use MoneyCMS have moved away from parking services.

To get the most out of MoneyCMS, you need to utilize its 2 main focuses – domain management and monetization. So yes, MoneyCMS is more towards to Internet Marketers who invest in domains and are looking for a scalable solution that give them complete control.

Personally, even though I got into the domaining realm quite late, I have always achieved positive ROI on domains (new or aged) I have purchased.

I built my online venture on investing in domains, which is why I needed a tool that will help me to manage them all with monetization in mind.

There are many more ways you can use MoneyCMS though, for example, I provide coaching locally to businesses here in Toronto. I teach them to buy domains related to their business to expand their online exposure, either through SEO or media buys.

MoneyCMS is a tool built with domain management and monetization in mind, and there’s literally countless “methods” or “business models” that can be built upon this tool.

With regards to the online demo, it was made with the intention to be a training tool so people can play around with the system and learn a little before going forward with it. However, with your input, I will consider putting up another demo (not edible though) that manages a pool of domains that I use for coaching.

      Aaron

good stuff micheal, i think this can be a savvy tool for marketers with a huge amount of websites

  15. I don’t know about this because of the monthly fee. These types of management tools never seem to last forever. Maybe a couple years is a longtime in ‘Internet’ years. But it’s a big pain if you ever want (have) to use something new and information cannot be easily exported.

  16. Abhik says:

    Looks nice..
May come handy if you have tons of domains.

  17. Yeah looks great indeed and also awesome features…

  18. And a lot of the ideas mentioned above are pretty much on point and i would like to say Internet marketing ties together the creative and technical aspects of the Internet, including design, development, advertising, and sales.
