I guess midnight madness wasn’t enough us. Not content with our goodie grab at Ikea we headed back to the big store to buy a more stuff – paintings mostly. We picked up this huge watercolor reprint for $199.00. It’s big enough to fill out our living room wall and should help bring the room to life. We also picked up a couple of end tables for the bedroom. All together, another $500 to the great country of Sweden.
Spent most of tonight putting together some of the furniture. I believe that trying to figure out an Ikea assembly sheet is a good test for employees. If they can’t follow the cartoon, then I would really question myself for hiring them. So far, I put up the wall mirror in the dining room and the big watercolor print in the living room, plus assembled the two end tables for the bedroom.
