It is great to be Canadian!! :)

OTOH, Looks like Boston Red Sox Jason Bay became a US citizen. He would have had to give up his Canadian citizenship.

Canada is a vast country with a great variety of landscapes and climate.I like to see pictures of nature there.John gives much opportunity to everybody to more of the country and its people and feel the atmosphere there.Congrats on the everyday holiday and the celebrated as well.

I'm not Canadian [I'm British], but I've been there twice, Toronto specifically. I loved it because it reminded me of a cross between London, England & New York City.

I'm also a big fan of Canadian music and listen to CBC Radio 3 whenever I can.

The NYTimes had an op-ed piece in which a number of Canadians living in the U.S. (authors, musicians, etc.) tell what they miss most about Canada.

Happy Canada Day to all of my neighbors to the north. I grew up in the Metro Detroit area and have enjoyed the hospitality of our neighbors to the north on many occasions. One point in history that is especially touching to me is when the Canadian Embassy assisted in getting Americans out of Iran. This is the sign of a true friend and a great people.
