I ren a monthly gift card giveaway on my blog where i give away a few $5.00 gift cards to subscribers. So ppl subscribe hoping to get a card, then they don't unsubscribe. I don't have a terribly high traffic blog, but in the month i've been doing this i got 150 more subscribers, from the 25 i had before.
