Off To Toronto

It’s time to say goodbye to Boston and hello to Toronto. Boston is a great city but I’m really looking forward to heading back to Canada. Instead of flying home to Vancouver, we decided to fly to Toronto instead. I have family members who live in Toronto and since we’re already on the East Coast, it made a lot of sense.
While in Toronto, I’ll be visiting a few ad networks who have their headquarters there. I know I have quite a few readers in Toronto. If there’s enough interest from them, I may set up a Dot Com Pho meet up. Send me an email if you want to get together. It doesn’t matter to me whether it’s one on one or as a group. I love meeting readers.
Speaking of readers, I want to send a shout out to Alex of Guru of Sales. Alex took a 3.5 hour bus ride from New Jersey to the Affiliate Summit in Boston just to meet me for 15 minutes. He then got back on the bus for another 3.5 hour ride home. Now that’s a dedicated reader! I gave Alex a Market Leverage bag of stuff for going so far out of his way to just meet.
I will be in Toronto until August 25th. It’s times like these that I’m really glad that I can run my business from anywhere in the world. You got to love that Dot Com Lifestyle!

I’ve been to Toronto twice. I love it there. Kind of reminds me of London.

Reply to this commentHey John,
I am not going to be able to make it to DotCom Pho in the next few weeks as I am in Mexico for a family emergency, but I will definitely go to the next one after I come back (Sep 14th is my return, so it should be actually on my birthday! oops I just realized Sep 19th is a Saturday - hehe).
I am glad you’re enjoying Toronto
Anyways, I actually also wanted to ask you if you could pimp a post of mine on the Blog Action Day - it’s focused on fighting poverty (I know, feel free to make fun of it, since your blog is about making money, hehehehe)
Seriously, this is a worthy cause and I’d like to draw attention to it.

I hope you have a good time here in T.O. If at any point you feel like getting away from pho and getting into some beers then I have a few suggestions for you. Check out a few of my fav stomping grounds in the link. Let me know if you want to meet up so I can buy you a couple of exotic beers.
