Preview of My New Video Blogging Setup

Here are some preview photos and a video from my new video blogging setup. The system is made up of an Olympus OM-D E-M5 digital camera and a Panasonic LUMIX G 20mm f/1.7 Aspherical Pancake Lens.

The OM-D E-M5 does come with an Olympus 12-50mm f/3.5-6.3 lens but so far I haven’t had time to play with it. I’ve been having too much fun with the Panasonic lens. I love how the Panasonic lens can focus on the subject and blur the background.

The Olympus OM-D E-M5 ia a Micro 4/3 interchangeable lens camera. It offers all the advantages of a DSLR without the bulk. The OM-D E-M5 is about the size of the average digital compact camera. When outfitted with the pancake lens, it fits easily into a jacket pocket. However, the photo and video quality is beyond anything that can be produced with a normal digicam. Check out my photo samples, and make sure you watch the video in HD.

I hope, its not entirely on video because he will only get youtube views….compare to his Google, Yahoo, Bing SERPs. I would say he should only vlog in particular day just like dot com pho every Saturday!. But that’s just my opinion.
