Robbing Copeac To Pay Tyler

written by John Chow on September 21, 2008

How to make $593 in less than one hour

If you’ve watched the video of the Market Leverage Cashinator Challenge, then you know that Tyler Cruz won the competition. As a result, Tyler won all the money grabbed from the Cashinator and Shoemoney, Zac Johnson and myself had to give him $100 each to bring his total take to over $500.

Shoe and Zac gave Tyler their $100 right after the competition. I wait until the Super Panel dinner before paying him. This gave me time figure out a way to pay Tyler without having to pay it out of my own pocket. Fortunately for me, Copeac came to my rescue. Enjoy the video.

He is the cash machine

Laura September 21, 2008 at 8:47 am

true…true… and pretty sure if there was no other cash machine, he would be very good at rounding up some victims :)

Chris Jacobson September 21, 2008 at 10:05 am

Ryan McLean September 21, 2008 at 8:27 am

Wow, smart idea so you could pay him out of someone elses pocket instead of your own….who would have thought you could do that? You are pretty savvy John

Bryn Youngblut September 21, 2008 at 9:20 am

Smart move there John. Always thinking of evil ways to get around things eh?

Eka Riyadi September 21, 2008 at 10:08 am

Clog Money September 21, 2008 at 10:16 am

Haha I’m starting to think the shoe in the previous post was filled with those ones :) Congratulations to Tyler, and John who appears to be getting good at grabbing flying dollar bills ;) Maybe too good!

Steven-Sanders September 21, 2008 at 11:58 am

Yeah, all that money in Jeremy’s shoe was the cashinator challenge money. That’s a whole lot of ones!

Mario Chase September 21, 2008 at 11:25 am

Damm.. I wish I had a machine like that in my house. Would be so much fun… hahah

Looks like a toy for a millionaire.

Let’s send it to Bill Gates, he will love putting some flying money… haha.. Imagine that?

You guys were bad to Tyler, hahaha… That was funny $500 in $1 bills.. hahaha

Steven-Sanders September 21, 2008 at 11:59 am

Actually they had some $100 bills in there as well, so it was probably only a little over $200 in ones.

Colin Klinkert September 21, 2008 at 12:04 pm

yep, was thinking the same thing, need to go change it for $100 bills at the nearest cashier. Either that or go to the local strippers, you have unlimited tips then

fas September 21, 2008 at 12:10 pm

Interesting John, your very evil :P

James September 21, 2008 at 7:07 pm

100kjob September 21, 2008 at 7:55 pm

John, you are so good at money management – pay your bill with someone else’s money.

mrkbsm September 21, 2008 at 8:01 pm

Good work John – an entertaining end to the much-hyped challenge!

ms danielle September 21, 2008 at 9:12 pm

if anyone can optimize how to clean up a cash grab machine, it’s an internet marketer. your technique of scooping the bills with your foot was much better than in the previous machine. brilliant.

If you go in there enough and grab enough each times, ya!

Tim Jones September 22, 2008 at 10:45 am

It was good to see you at the Expo, John. You really are getting pretty good at the Cashinator. Pretty soon, you’re going to get yourself another ban. :) The best investors always use someone else’s money to finance their projects. ;)

Laura September 22, 2008 at 1:28 pm

TYCP Entertainment Magazine September 22, 2008 at 7:53 pm

I love it. You still managed to wiggle in your evilness away from home. What a slick trick & money saver.

Andrei Buiu September 23, 2008 at 6:10 am

Great way to save money John. I saw your face when you found out that you had to pay another 100 to Tyler. As always, you managed to not pay from your own money ;)

charles September 28, 2008 at 8:54 am
