Sounds good, but I’m really happy with my theme which is the first truly out of the box theme I’ve come across, even better than Thesis.

I am familiar with similar themes myself. And can definitely see it’s usefulness here on WP. What I would like to know is if will be compatible with all versions on WP or only the newer ones?

Why would you want to run an older version of WordPress? For security reasons, you should be running the latest version.
The only reason someone should be running an older version is an incompatibility with the new code. I have had such an issue with some of my hosts and WP 2.8 (fixed in 2.8.1). Latest version is always the way to go, except for that one small problem.

I remember when i updated to the latest version i got this very strange problem. My whole WP admin area got blank. Then i fix it by increasing memory as the latest version of WP eats more memory then previous once. People face problems thaty why they want to stick to the older versions.
I prefer to wait for others to update to see what the compatability issues are. It was only after looking at blog reviews on the upgrade that I decide to do one myself. It was totally worth the upgrade!
Regard the blog template, this is a great layout worth trying out.

I actually just discovered that some of the memory issues are more related to PHP being the wrong version. I had huge issues with the 2.8 dashboard, fixed that by forcing the script engine to use a newer edition of PHP.

Theme is nice to the cost it comes from – but they must have included a readme file which would have said this much that wordpress 2.8.1 is required
