Sign Up For AuctionAds and Make an Instant $25

written by John Chow on September 6th, 2007

It looks like AuctionAds is serious about expanding their network. Yesterday, they announced that they were increasing affiliate payout from 2% to 5% and today they sent words that any new publisher signing up for AuctionAds will get an instant $25 credited to his account. This also applies to publishers who have already signed up but haven’t earned a payout yet.

New publishers just need to sign up and they will receive a balance of $25.00 automatically. Please note if you signed up with us previously and have never earned a payout we will bump your current balance to $25 too!

While it sounds like you do make an instant $25, please keep in mind that AuctionAds has raised the minimum payout to $50, so you’ll have to earn another $25 before getting paid. Still, all these sudden increases in payouts is a step in the right direction.

Likewise! I’m really feeling the new Auction Ad look plus the optional pseudo adsense set up. This $25 is just icing on the cake. I bet they are going to get soooo many sign ups.

I feel the same way Ebay_Tips.

Text Link Ads sure know how to market a product.

Yeah, I just signed up yesterday. I have heard mixed things about auction ads, but I will them a shot on my blog and other sites. Part of me is really wanting to know what percentage of people who signup will ever be able to collect on their $25 bonus.

I think Auction Ads is a great system, but it’s not ideal for everyone I don’t think.

No harm in trying it out though.

So far, I have had no luck at all with auction ad’s. I signed up last week and have 6227 impressions with (1) click and no earnings. Not doing so well….maybe it’s my blog?!

I’ve had the same experience Skiing at Home.

So far I haven’t heard of anyone making money with Auction Ads on their blog. Maybe you earn more when you post it on another type of site (i.e. Torrent).

Yeah your blog probably isn’t a good match for Auction Ads, it won’t work for everyone.

Depends a ot on the site. If you have a product based site and cn target auction ads well enough I think the results would be much better.

maybe I should run more auction ad’s. Of course Arcade things are probably more popular than backyard skiing when it’s 90 degrees outside

Guess I just got discouraged with them

The cool thing about commenting on a blog is that once you do it, it’s done, you don’t have to say the same thing again…

And how much are you making? Posting tons of ad units on a site is easy money, making sales is another thing.

Getting people to click on your ads is one thing, but generating sales is another!

Yeah I received an email today from Auction Ads offering me $25 for signing up, what I found strange was that the email came from Text-Link-Ads.com because Auction Ads is now part of Text-Link-Ads.

Both the updates are good, and combine really well. This will give more incentive for affiliates to signup, and for their referrals to earn more money.

25 bucks is definitely a reason for me to keep this up till i get 50 bucks. I hope i just get it soon and don’t end up wasting the space.

You never know J. You could have a niche that brings in loads of $$$.

Give it a shot. If it works then, “Yay!” If it doesn’t work then try something that does.

I had signed up for an account a while ago. I signed in today but it’s still showing that my balance is $0… Do I have to be actively serving ads in order to get the bonus $25 ?

The min payout is $50 I believe anyway… so you will have to make money to get paid.

Giving an upfront $25 is great, but it also simply means the payout has now risen and tougher to reach for those who were already not experiencing good results.

I have been enrolled with AA, for a few months. I still don’t like the quality of the image, but maybe it is so bad that readers have to click on it to see what the heck it is. Anyway I wonder when I can expect to see the $25.

AuctionAds will only be a major money maker if you place it on a high traffic page, that is, until they change the way the ads are delivered.

With that said, on my forums, its a significant money maker. It takes a bit of testing and experimenting but it can definitely make some serious coin
