Check out that custom made hand sock! Babies tend to scratch themselves if you don’t keep their hands covered up. At first she didn’t like the sock but I think she has gotten use to it now.

So far I’m not getting much sleep. Sally tends to wake up every 2 to 3 hours for feedings or changing of the diapers. We’re kinda working in two shifts – Sarah’s parents handle the day shift and I take care of the night time since I go to bed very late anyways. Throughout all this, Sarah tries to sleep in between the feedings.

I need to find out how long before a baby can sleep through the night.

She is giving me trouble tonight. Was waking up every hour. She seems to be sleep better now. Hopefully she'll go the normal 3 hours this time.

Teresa - I'm going to Toronto in March! I want to see you!

Awww what a sweetheart. I can't wait to meet the little bundle of joy. So sweet. Love the outfit!

If you're lucky these little cuties start sleeping through night (eventually) around 9 months. If you are strechting it a little bit with the luck, you have the 17 month old baby still waking up at least once a night. ;)

She was pretty good last night. Pretty much went like clockwork - every 3 hours for feedings snd diaper change.

My sisters baby was born in Feb this year and the first few nights he kept waking up about 4am and then slept till about 7am. He then went through a crazy patch and she found that he wasnt feeding good. It just wasnt happening, and she switched to feeding from a bottle and he pretty much sleeps through the night from 7pm to 7am and wakes up laughing. He has done that from being just 2 weeks old I think although the laughing came a few months later. My sister was lucky. I have heard of other babys who are wake up constantly for a couple of years :) I guess I have all that to come soon. Good luck and congratulations.
